After the first wash, I could hear very loud noises and bad sounds but I thought it's normal and it's probably the sound of the washing machine. On the second wash One of my clothes was completely destroyed (ripped off) and 2 pieces from the washing machine were broken. Incredibly Faulty after only one use!!! I contacted Kogan to replace it and also pay a compensation for the clothes that their washing machine destroyed. Let's see what happens but I am so devastated one of my partner favourite clothes were completely destroyed by their Faulty washing machine.

Error messages "E1" are being displayed half way through the cycle. Extremely frustrating and annoying to come back home to see half washed clothes. Once you receive these Chinese made products there is so much time to : unbox, install dispose of box and it's not working correctly or has not been tested properly. Who ever is in charge of the Kogan buying department needs to be fired or source better quality products.

Excellent personal size washing machine with great wash programs including 'Quick Wash' which is super important for a busy life style. It gets the laundry really clean and is efficient in every way. 6KG is a small wash drum, but if you are single and or, don't have big loads, it is a perfect machine at a really excellent price! I am very happy with it. Thank you Kogan.

The customer service is excellent as they are well committed. My first washing machine had a dent and was replaced with a new one. The process was smooth and the communication was very prompt. The washing machine is also working very fine. Highly recommend Kogan as well as the washing machine
Positive was price / fast delivery/ compact size/ lightweight/ easily operated. Short cycle option for washing just a few items. Excellent filter easily cleaned. Negative no “ spin only” option! Does not stop when lid opened during wash cycle only during spin. Water level can be unpredictable as doesn’t always match items being washed so needs close monitoring. The wash soap dispenser not suited to liquids more for powders. The wash-soften intake not really an option.
Very happy with all Service and deliver. The Kogan 6kg is perfect for the wash sizes. Have not tried a Doona will have found over the years experience dry clean. Sure washing machine is the perfect fit. Thanks to all Kogan. Glenn
Absolutely amazing. It has features of those brands which offer eg auto water level sensing, quick wash, no middle agitator, etc at less than half of the price. Clothes come out clean, just if using the quick wash need to increase spin time by another 2 min for fast drying. Lint filter so effective and easy to empty. Am really loving it, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something that works just as fine at a fraction of the other brands costs
Had the product for one day - after six washes the machine started to leek from underneath. Tubing had dislodged. My laundry, kitchen and pantry flooded!
Great price, prompt delivery, easy to instal. Instructions are fine and I've done several loads and had no problems programming. Clothes are clean and in my one bedroom apartment the unit is very quite. Looking forward to yea of clean clobber in the future. Cheers Jeff
I would not recommend this machine. The fabric softener draw isn't always accessible, depending on where the machine stops. It spins with the bowl and sometimes stops where you can access it and other times does not. Also, whenever wash my dark clothes, they come out with fluff all over them, even though nothing is. left in pockets. I have to lint roller them when I take them off the line. I have tried washing in smaller amounts, but it does the same thing.
