Another product made in China. Ordered 8 kg washing machine front loader. This was definitely not an 8 kg capacity. Tried washing queen doona but did not fit comfortably like it should have. Machine also vibrates on spin cycle
Machine did not appear to take an 8 kg load of washing. Seemed more like a 6 kg capacity. Vibrates on spin cycle. Still chasing refund for return of this machine... Show more

As good as other more expensive machines we've had in the past
Only done 4 or 5 washes in it so far, but works as expected and is easy to use.Only issue is being in a regional area, the delivery costs were very expensive. And note that Premium delivery includes unboxing and removing old machine. It does not include removing transit bolts and connecting up new machine.... Show more

Doesn’t work
First this machine worked, then it stoped to spin properly and was stuck in the cycle of spinning. We turned it off and turned back on, it worked for a while and same problem spinning even with light clothes and same type of clothes. This is what happens when we buy cheap brand. And then they didn’t even talk to us what our options: refund or replacement, they just send replacement. What is it, new, refurbished or what is it. I straight away said refund. I lost money on delivery. Don’t buy it.... Show more

Good performance and good for money
Received the product within a week after order is confirmed. I did installation myself then immediately started to use the product with a full load. The machine run smoothly to the end of the cycle. I'm happy with the performance. One thing to be noted is that the provided inlet hose is too short (only 1 meter long) and I had to spend extra money to purchase a longer one from Bunnings Warehouse.... Show more

Good value - for the money
Look, this is not a high end European brand machine - it's a generic $360 washing machine - and it works perfectly fine for that. It washes well - nothing has had to be washed again so far. It is a little on the noisy side, and the standard wash is a bit longer than my old Samsung machine - bit for the money, this is a good buy. It does everything you need a washing machine to do - there are heaps of cycles to pick from and it's water/energy usage is good too. It looks decent, although some of the plastic does feel cheap (but again, it's $360!) Unpacking was easy, although removing the travel bolts from the back was a little difficult & the instructions were not very clear on that either.Overall, despite a few minor things, and especially for the money - I would ... Initial unit faulty, second replacement unit faulty.
Very disappointed. Kogan products are usually great value for money and without issue. But I've managed to acquire two unit with the same issue. Doesn't go into spin mode/timer doesn't work properly/Doesn't empty properly. The time it's taken to install the units myself I couldn't spent a little more and have a fully functional unit with installation. Lesson learnt... Show more

Reasonable for the Price.
This washing machine is not a true 8kgs inside. The cycles don't run to the time stated in the manual. I used the eco/cool cycle and had to turn the machine off as it just kept rinsing and spinning when it got to 1 minute. Then I had to put it on the Rinse and Spin cycle to finish. It would be great if there was something on the machine to remind us to turn the dial to off after every wash. Had to read the manual and reviews to find this out.The mixed cycle and quick cycle are okay. For price this is washing machine is okay but overall I would not recommend this washing machine to other buyers... Show more

Value for money
Great value for money. I just started using it. My floors are very dirty, there’s always a lot of soil/sand inside. It’s been doing a great job and has mopped up well too. I only have hard floors, tiles and click laminate so not sure about carpet. The only negative was the instruction manual didn’t include some things, but I just watched a YouTube clip.... Show more

Works better than our expensive name brand machine
Great little machine with a great price tag to match. Love the quick 15 minute cycle. Very quiet machine and spin cycle leaves clothes feeling nearly dry. This is our second white goods item purchased from Kogan and would highly recommend this product.... Show more
