Do not look at other reviews, look at this one.It does not need the wall mounts to stand. It is an additional support for H & S reasons.Its a tri-pod, any tri-pod is easy to tip. I have twoKids under 6 running around it and its fine. I only have a 50inch screen though.When you open you better read instructions properly. If you stuff up the screw gaps you will drill into the TV. They have every type of screw for every type of screen size and shape. You have to find the right shape and screw and gap space. Before assembling, screw in the screws with your hand and look at the gap left once screws are fully in. The product is as advertised. Easy to assemble and looks great. I have a 65 inch tv and it goes on just fine and looks great.

Absolutely love this purchase. Not sure how I stumbled upon it, but it's such a great find. Much better than drilling the walls. Love it. Easy to assemble.
