I am disappointed with the Kogan mobile sim. The signal is weak and unable to access the internet. I emailed Kogan with no response or resolution. The money spent is a waste, and if you need better internet coverage with a strong signal, I do not recommend Kogan mobile.

Boughtthe sim for a year pack for 4 of us now, we'll see how the plan works. Its easy to use just follow the instructions (Advice for my self). With the app it's easy to keep track of usage, with options if you run out of data but haven't yet. Been a great deal for the last few years.
Kogan mobile is so easy to setup and port my number over. All done in about 15 minutes from start to finish. Fantastic savings compared with contract pricing from the majors. I love the feeling of not having another phone bill all year and not locked into anything. I've moved 5 of us in the family over to Kogan Mobile and we're all thrilled. Between us all we've saved over 2K this year to put towards a holiday.
Only reason for 4/5 rating is I was issued an expired sim. Once I bought my own from a shop instead of the one issued I was able to use to service. Unlimited calls and texts. Has 5G. Over 40gb of data per month. Excellent value for money.
Had some trouble connecting to the internet and making calls initially seems to be working now but made a few complaint calls have a dual sim phone, only using one sim now.Being a kogan fan I would say try it as my phone settings might have been wrong.If your after a reliable rolls royce service other than saying the customer service is ok there would be better around but not so cheap not sure if i will take 12 month subsription. I dont make many calls service needs to prove itself yet.
Sim cards from kogan do not work in all phones ! Be advised * I purchase a $300:00 value pre paid many months back . .. They should advise which phones they DO NOT WORK IN . Information was also given that they will not work in a phone with DUEL SIM function .. This should also be communicated to the purchasers prior to payment .Kogan on the whole are a good company to which to deal with .
My old plan it will be expired on the end of 2020. When I recharged my new plan on July 2020.It just wipe my old plan, totally unacceptable. It should extend my old plan not just wipe it. When I can them, they only say they can't do nothing and I should read all the information before I recharge my plan. But I can't find any information about recharging new plan will wipe old plan in the description and email.
The vooda reception has changed to the best. thumb up! The value kogan offer is awesome. I wish Kogan will make $5 a month plan with little 400mb-1G internet. Dodo has it for many years without internet: yes $5 a month plan unlimited calls. Come on Kogan ! Beat dodo, be smarter and agile. Come up with a better deal, Kogan!!!
