I have an old dog who has been a little unwell recently and had an upset stomach. (He has now recovered thankfully!)He had an accident on a cream carpet. (I’ll say no more about that!)I used Koh to remove the stain and it was amazing! It took a bit of time spraying, leaving, then covering with good quality paper towel and standing on it to absorb the liquid and stain, but after repeating the process a few times the carpet is stain and odour free. I genuinely thought I was going g to have to replace the carpet!I have used Koh to remove stains from clothing successfully as well as the normal cleaning jobs around the house. It’s fantastic and I wouldn’t be without it!!

A fine mist of this product really does make cleaning easier. If it's grease on the oven, just leave it a few minutes longer and it will wipe off effortlessly like nothing I've tried before. It leaves the mirror and shower glass streak free and the ceramics gleaming.I've used it to wipe off pritt stick from the tv screen, wipe marks from the leather sofa, I've even used it to clean my wedding ring. I just love this stuff! Also like the fact that less is more.I should add that I use the universal cleaner with the Koh cloths and floor mops. I also tested a small amount before using the product on different surfaces. :-)

I bought the cleaner with the mop. I love the cleaning detergent and use it all the time. However the mop is a waste of money. It's the third time I've bought a mop from you and never again. The same thing goes wrong each time. The depressor which releases a spray of detergent from the dispenser attached to the mop stops working. It feels as though the spring in the depressor trigger has gone. This time it didn't even last a month so I am back to carrying around a separate spray bottle filled with the cleaning detergent. It's very annoying especially third time around! The actual mop works really well but the dispenser bottle doesn't. A pity! It lets your brand down!

I wanted her to have everything she would need to hand and by getting the bundles I was able to makeup cleaning boxes for her, to make life a bit easer. We have a 12 month old house on rain water and I’m trying to keep it looking really fresh. There is staining a the base of the shower that appears to be caused by red dust collected in the rainwater. That mixed with the soap it is becoming hard to budge. This product was highly recommended for cleaning anything, particularly showers and I don’t think that it is any better than my old product.I am disappointed.I love to use environmentally friendly products but am aware that this staining will just continue to develop.Thankyou for asking.Sorry I couldn’t be more positive.Regards Catherine
From first use cleaner fluid was leaking from bottom of wand. Communication with Koh established that silicon cap was missing from inside wand bottle housing cavity. Koh service department organised for replacement cap which was very slow in arriving.On receiving the silicon cap, it took some time to establish its location and assembly inside the cavity and over a small spigot.But a still bigger concern awaited. How can this cap be fitted without:Instructions from supplier/manufacturer?An appropriate assembly tool?The cavity is too narrow and too deep for an adults hand to access with silicon cap for fitting.Please people at Koh be mindful of need for both instruction and proper assembly tools to assist your customers, otherwise cap may be damaged and leak ... MoreFrom first use cleaner fluid was leaking from bottom of wand. It works so well that you just want to keep going. I know it’s recommended to use with a dry cloth but i actually find it works better with a wet cloth that’s been rung out and then i use the Koh spray. I find it helps to clean with less physical effort but still the same great results. I have tried for years to clean the inside of the oven door with low allergy cleaners. I just love this product, I have bought the bundles twice great to have all those quality cleaning clothes. I now have three spray bottles. The Universal cleaner is a must for any home. It removes so many stains, I spray this on my tea towels if they get stained from cooking sauces. a quick rinse under cold water and they disappear. It's also great for removing bird poo from the car. And great on the windows. I just love this product and well worth the money.

I followed the instructions of spraying it on, leaving a few minutes then rubbing it off with the dry cloth provided. A stain that was on the carpet for several years has completely disappeared and has not come back. It’s brilliant. I’ve passed the Koh on to my son and his partner who have a cat that keeps being sick on the carpet.
