Kokuyo Novita Alpha Expandable Clear Book - A4 - Blue

I cannot thank JetPens enough for recommending me this amazing incomparable filing system. The Kokuyo Novita Clear Book brand has literally changed my filing life completely; no longer will i need to use sup-par, low-quality clear books from ubiquitous retail stores. Every time I take out my Expandable clear book, I repeat in my head how great of a product it is. Honestly. If JetPens was a physical store, I would literally kiss the cashier or whoever sold me this, because I am so grateful.I cannot give anymore stars out of 5, I genuinely would give this product my 100% customer satisfaction.For those who are hesitant or reluctant on purchasing this fantastic product; please trust me and try it out!

The plastic material feels very nice to the touch and is quite sturdy. I wanted a place to store service records for my vehicle and this is the perfect item for it; clear plastic sleeves allow you to see details at a glance and you can fit enough sleeves to last the life of your vehicle. I'm not worried about longevity as this is an item I won't be touching too often (I hope), but I'm sure it will stand the test of time.

Awesome binder! I use it to hold various documents which are grouped by category into the pocket files. The removable pocket files are brilliant - you can remove a set of documents easily and its so easy to organize.

I love that these are so flexible on use and I love how easy it is to move things around within. It is a bit of an investment buying all the parts (pockets) but worth it. It’s also a challenge to find supplies for this outside of Jet Pens.

The only problem is that it the outside covers scratches very easily. It must have to do with it being quite glossy. Gently drag your fingernails on it and it scratches. And if you write on a piece of paper on top of it, whatever you write will transfer/scratch on to the cover. So be careful with sensitive information.But I still love it and recommend it. Its the best filing book out there and has kept me very organized.

I absolutely love this binder! The efficiency of this binder is unmatched. Having exchangeable file sections which I can pull out and replace at will is so refreshing. This is great for student who wants all of their classes together in one binder but doesn't want to lug around all of that work! All they have to do is pull out the section or two needed for that day and head to class. This is also a great way to handle dissertations and thesis defense! For my thesis defense I this binder loaded down and broken into the color-coded sections so that I could quickly find the information I needed. This binder holds up under the pressures and abuses you put it through. I ordered this and the Novita Alpha Card File sheets after I saw the JetPens video on keeping a set of ink swatches in one! (Advertising works!)Previously, I'd been tracking similar colors of ink by making ink swatches on loose-leaf paper or in a notebook. That was... ok, but every so often I'd have to re-do everything because I'd run out of space, or decided that I needed to reorganize by color or something. (I play around with my inks A LOT. Plus I get a lot of satisfaction from Putting Things In Order.)So now I have a system where I can make an ink swatch and file it in the card file. If I need/want to reorganize my swatches, I DON'T HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN!!!! It's wonderful.Thank you, JetPens, for this great idea.=

Loved this for a general organizer for all my classes! I’m in nursing school and this became very helpful in organizing while also keeping things in easy access. This really started my craze with japanese stationery and I just bought the pink version for my second year! I still use this for my other class work. I love that it’s basically ENDLESS in storage and that I can keep adding the holder or the pockets for more and more. PLS get this DONT even think about it.

I really love this concept of being able to customize this expandable book with the filing system that suits your needs. I typically take five classes a semester, so that works out perfectly for me since I'll just use one 12 clear pocket for each class to hold handouts, and then one 4 pocket folder to carry other various notes and things. I like how I can easily pull out the file for the class I need. The only thing I dislike is that the cover is made of a very glossy and shiny material. This material scratches easily, ruining its pristine finish making it look very ugly. I wish that a nicer material would have been chosen for that.

Really cool and smartly designed binder. The binder itself comes with 2- 8 (may be wrong on the exact number) clear pocket files (so the additional compatible file/pockets i was going to buy were no longer necessary). Finally can keep all the loose leaf notes and printed worksheets in one place.
