Kong Dog Wubba Ballistic Friends Extra Large

We got this toy when my dog was a puppy, and she is still OBSESSED with it 2 years later. It is super easy to throw, and is good for playing tug too. We have the blaze orange one, and it is perfect for throwing outside since it’s easy to spot from a distance. The material is more durable than other commercial toys we have tried, and we will likely buy another one once ours gets completely shredded by our pup eventually. 10/10 toy for sure.

I bought my dog one of these when he was just a few months old. This toy has outlasted all his other toys. Kong is my favorite brand of dog toys! Although they’re pricey, they are well made and last the longest. My other dog toys from Marshall’s always get ripped apart within a few weeks, but the ballistic nylon and other kong toys are still alive today. Highly recommend for dog owners

Unfortunately, this was not a toy my dog particularly liked. She played with it for about 5 seconds, but we still keep it. I think she likes plush toys, but she DESTROYS them in seconds, despite being a 7 lb Maltese mix.However, I think the toy was excellently made for anyone looking for a toy for a dog that likes to chew on their toys, but you don't want to be replacing them every day/month/week. I truly believe, that the stitching can definitely withstand some damage. The only thing is that the hippo was a little on the hard side, so if your furry friend/fiend needs something that softer, you may want to look elsewhere. I think a bigger dog than mine would be fine if the toy hit her head or body when playing. I loved how easy this is to use. It has so many uses as well. You can use it as a fetch and retrieval toy, a tug toy or a busy toy. His favorite thing currently is using it as a tug toy. If it was up to him and he had the energy, he would tug on this thing for hours. It’s durable too, he really puts it through hell. I don’t know what it is about this toy specifically. I don’t know if it’s the wiggle tails, the easy to chew top or the squeaking but it drives him crazy and he loves it. This is a fun toy for pup and parent.

I have always used Kong toys in the past with my dogs because they would last forever. I have had small and medium sized dogs that I would consider chewers. Well, my current dog is my first large breed (GSD) and I clearly did not know what a powerful chewer was until I got him. No joke....no exaggerating....he had a hole in the fabric and pulling it off within 10 min of getting a hold of this. Definitely NOT for powerful chewers. I do not allow him to play with the original Kong and only use it for treat dispensing as I worry he may chew the rubber off which he had done to other so called "tough" toys. This would not be too problematic if he didn't ingest the bits he pulls off.

A family favourite

Cute characters, strappy legs are great for shaking, tossing about, and tug-o-war. Squeaker body is very entertaining. Durable webbed material makes these long-lasting. These have only ever ended when the mower finds them in the long grass :( The remaining parts provide further entertainment until a replacement arrives :)

GREAT DOG TOY FOR AGGRESSIVE CHEWERS

I've bought these WUBBA's before and my dogs just love them. My Boxer used to play with them as he has never been a ball chaser at all, but after our little Chewie (aka Chewbacca) dog passed away, our Boxer, Beau, wouldn't even play with the Wubba's. A few months after Chewie passed away, we rescued a Pit mix and he is a sweetheart, but OMG he LOVES BALLS!! LOL I ordered 3 WUBBA's thinking that maybe Beau would play with them again, no, Petey (the Pit Mix) has managed to get those 3 WUBBA's in his mouth at one time and he loves them. I ended up getting Beau two little squeaky toys and they are HIS - he loves them and if Petey gets to close to them, Beau will growl just under his breath and Petey backs off. As for the WUBBA's, Petey managed to apparently bite holes in the squeaky part of his WUBBA's on the first day so they don't squeak anymore, but he hasn't gotten the balls out of them yet...and he LOVES those WUBBA's! Great toy, great for tug play and fetch

We love our Wubbas. I've had a lot of toys since I got my mouthy GSD puppy. She doesn't like the too hard toys that last forever but don't react much to her chomping. I don't like the soft toys that last five minutes and end up in a pile of stuffing. The Wubba is just right. It usually lasts long enough to give you good value for your dollar. It squeaks. It can be thrown. It can tug (sometimes one dog will be on the head and another on some of the tail and sometimes I'll have some others - all of us tugging together!). It can be torn up if left laying around and your pit-mix goes at with determination so I usually don't leave it laying around unless he's out of the area.

Likeable and durable toy for a puppy

Our puppy loves this and so does our Dachshund, so much he stole it and we had to buy a new one. It was buy one get one 50% off, so I also bought a back up since our Dachshund likes to steal the puppy's new one too and destroy it. It has lasted the puppy well, but I will say that our Dachshund destroyed the first one quickly. But he can destroy anything.

Doing great dane rescue we NEVER have to think twice about the toys we use for all the dogs that come through our doors. They all LOVE these wubbas. We have a variety of them these seem to be one of the favorites they all pick. Female or male, they all play , tug toss and squuek them. I wish 1 thing that they would be a bit longer becasue when you have 2 175+ lb dogs playing tug of war, sometimes they need a little extra ""face space"". but we will always have these at the ready for our danes. some dont know how to play and these are the easiest to teach them with as well. LOVE wubbas
