I bought the Egyptian fire-engine red towels. They shed fluff like no other fabric I have ever owned. The first time I put them through the dryer there was so much lint that is was entirely full. Many many handfuls of the stuff. I washed them immediately again and dryer a second time and the amount of fluff was still the same. We have used them for a few weeks now and there is red lint all over the bathroom. The stuff is everywhere. Do yourself a favour and get your towels elsewhere. Horrible product!Btw I’m a Spotlight member and generally like Spotlight products and shop there frequently.

I bought 12 of the Koo Egyptian Cotton Towel and matching face washers in Mink less than 12 months ago. I expect towels to fade, but these towels have faded all different shades. The quality of the towel itself is good but the fading is hugely disappointing as it no longer looks like a set.

I bought the bath sheet towels expecting a similar size to other bath sheet towels I've purchased, however they are significantly smaller. Nice enough quality but not luxe by any means. I wouldn't purchase again.

Brought koo fire red bath sheets and hand towels. Thought I would stock up linen cupboard but wanted to see what they were like first. Even in sale don't waste your money. They are very thin and don't absorb anything. They had pulls on them before even washing for the first time before using. Oh my and then to my surprise 😮 tumble dryer was full of red lint twice. Used twice still leave red fluff on body and a covering in the bathroom, and tumble dryer. Won't be purchasing anymore. Great colour though. Just a waste of money 🥲
I bought 2 x sets of bathsheets and matching hand towel. The hand towels Even Though washed Together each time faded very badly. The bath sheet towels themselvesl have had an irregular fade where it looks like bleach spots. They are certainly the worst towels I've ever purchased.
I am so disappointed with Towels brought 4 on Click and Collect, couldn’t pick my colours and when I went to collect them I had grey and cream and I towel was a rubbish towel I reckon was thrown in. I will never again buy towels that I never felt or can choose the colours. Very angry and disappointed.
Hey the colour really runs in this partticular colour (haven't had trouble with any other colour) so I'm just washing it on its own. So not into grungy blue undies and bras!But the usual good quality otherwise, hence the 5 stars
I purchased two Atlantis bath towels, a hand towel and a face washer back in 2019. 5 years later and they're still in almost perfect condition! They come out of the dryer nice and soft. The only sign of aging/deterioration is slightly fading over the years. I'm delighted by how well made and durable they are. I hope to get a few more years out of them?!
I bought several bath towels and hand towels in the colours Atlantis and Seafoam to replace all my home towels. They match beautifully with the main wall in the bathroom which is aqua. The towels are wonderfully soft and absorbent, wash very well and do not leave much lint behind contrary to complaints in previous posts. I would definitely recommend these towels and I will be buying more for house-warming gifts.
On first use this towel got obvious blotches of yellow discolouration which I haven’t had happen with any other towel before. No idea why as normal soap and hair products used. Returned the towel for refund and would not recommend this product.
