Given the title luxury comfort I expected the towel to be soft & luxurious. It had the feel of a basic towel. A little harsh. I returned the towels as they weren’t to my standard & they were a birthday gift. Purchased towels elsewhere. Purchased towels online.

Great towel and purchased on sale so great price too. Only downfall was one towel I received was not sewn correctly on the edge and the hem has come undone. If I had of paid full price and been closer to return it I would have.

My KOO Elite Lux Comfort Towel is EXACTLY as described. The online Shopping for Spotlight was VERY easy for this technologically challenged senior to navigate. I STRONGLY recommend shopping online at Spotlight.
They are beautiful towels. These are Xmas gifts but I use this brand myself and love them. I was a little disappointed with the mauve colour though. As I ordered the soft pink not mauve. I thought it would be much prettier for my granddaughter. The other one was soft blue and really beautiful. I know she will love it all the same.
Koo Elite towels are my 'go to' for my busy guest house. Guests even comment on their softness after hundreds was washes.
I like a bath sheet. I like how it wraps ALL the way around. It's rare to find a good bath sheet that gets you all wrapped all warm AND gets you dry quickly. These towels are warm, and thick, and snug, and stay that way, even after I'm dry. I won't ever buy a different towel.
Soft, quite thick, love the towels. However, most arrived with pulls in them (purchased online). Colour from Maui-blue koo elite towels ran onto the koo elite grey/rise hand towels in the dryer, but strangely not the grey bath sheets despite being in the same load. So now I have some blue, some grey, and some in between. Quality of towels is good though.
