Second use, off stump broke in half by an under 10 bowler. Plenty of better quality and cheaper options available. Kookaburra do not sell single replacement stumps and therefore need to purchase whole new set.

Seems sturdy and well made at first, however the very first ball to hit them broke a stump clean in half in basic nets bowling (no more than 110-120km/h). Very disappointed. Saw a few people have reported similar issues and guessing it has some design defect. Will be returning as clearly not fit for purpose.

The Kooaburra spring return stumps are great for immediate feedback for the bowlers. These stumps are well priced and sturdy for regular use.
Great sturdy cricket wickets. Kids have loved using for backyard cricket. Nice and solid. My son loved getting these for his birthday.
Twice weekly use. Amazing quality. A little heavy but that’s expected to stay upright. Love it!
These maye be fine for general use, but quickly chip and break when used with a cricket ball. Whatever they are made from, it is not what is used for regular cricket stumps.
Bought these for my son for Christmas and he loves them.Good quality and the spring return works well with a very heavy base that keeps the stumps upright.One thing though the stumps are made of wood and older fast bowlers can damage them with leather cricket balls as you would expect with any stumps. I had to buy another set because my teenage fast bowler nearly snapped the leg side stump. Tapes up and works OK as a spare and you could replace the stumps yourself if you had a spare one..
These stumps were a much asked for addition to our cricket kit and a big upgrade from the plastic ones we have. They are sturdy and do the job well. The one thing is that the springs are a bit stiff so they don’t spring back as quickly as I’d expected - sometimes they need some help.
These have been perfect for our cricket obsessed boys! They are really loving the seriousness that these stumps adds to their driveway cricket and are also planning many games down the oval over the summer with the use of these.
