Over the past 14 years I have purchased several items from AMS, guitars, keyboards, effects, microphones etc. I always receive my shipments promptly and in perfect condition. I have also returned items with zero issues. AMS customer service has always been extremely helpful in answering any questions I have had. If you are in the market for an instrument or gear AMS’s 0% interest installment plans are the way to go. I recommend AMS to anyone I personally know that is in the market for quality instruments and gear.

I have always played arranger keyboards as a hobbiest and wanted to try a full size weighted keyboard with accommpaniment. This XE20 is describes as such, but it is not quite an arranger because Korg stopped short. I like the keybed and the sounds and styles are very good but the small display and lack of information shown is disappointing. There is no good on the fly arranging but as a piano I find it to be very good.

Been waiting on the release of the XE20,the latest Korg Piano-centric keyboard. Love this item. looks great, plays great. sounds great. Not really made for transporting in my opinion. Super pleased.

This was a replacement for an old Casio keyboard, and it is so good. I had no idea how much I had missed the feel of a real piano, but not having the space the Korg Xe20 is an excellent substitute.
I'm returning to playing after many years without touching a keyboard, so I've found the bells and whistles on this very confusing. The manual wasn't very helpful but with careful reading I've figured it out. I've had great fun playing this, though, and It has a very realistic feel (at least to my inexperienced hands) and a pretty reasonable sound.

I purchased the xe20 having already learnt to play a stand alone piano. However this would be a good choice for a beginner as it has full size weighted keys and two piano settings. The fun starts though when you head into the multitude of different instruments and backing music. There are so many different ways in which to alter and mix things together to get different effects. I also found I could use other virtual instruments via midi , either on their own or mixed with other onboard instruments. Because of all these choices I would recommend watching a few tutorial videos to make sure your getting the best out of it. The only thing I would find as a negative if you are a beginner is that there are a lot of distractions going on.
