Like having a third hand, jaw length and expansion provide a lot of flexibility for potential uses. Adjusting the compression tension can at times be a little fickle (depending on how the rotating discs on the business end of the clamp align when the clamp is compressed). I have a set and find them to be a very useful tools.

I had previouly bought a Kreg face clamp and decided to buy this version because of +Automaxx feature which is more convenient to use.
Bought to go with my Kreg HD pocket hole jig. Excellent design, well made and so simple to use - much quicker than using standard clamps. Ordered online just before 18.00, delivered the next day, so well done FFX!
Once I was able to understand how the tension mechanism worked, the clamp worked successfully. I used it to clamp boards together when using the Kreg pocket hole kit and screws to join them edge to edge.
Works great for those times you need to clamp a wide project. Pressure of clamp can be adjusted easily and it stays constant until you need to readjust.
Bought this to complement the pocket jig setup I got and found that the dedicated clamp worked far better than the cheaper varities that are available. Still its a case of why by the rest when you can get the best.
This is a great clamp that adjusts easily to different thicknesses and and holds tight. Good quality and should last for years. I can use the clamp one handed, but have some difficulty doing so. Completely satisfied with this tool and would buy it again with no hesitation.
Set your required clamping pressure and it stays the same no matter the size of stock. I use mine for most clamping situations and of course for all Kreg jig assemblys.
