Kristin Ess The One Signature Shampoo 1 Litre

Okay, so I feel as though reviews don’t provide much backup story. I have virgin hair, wavy, and I have a bad habit of always brushing it into a bun straight out of the shower. Yes, I do tie my hair up wet because I work and I hate using extra product. I get home and let it down and the next day I have amazing untangled waves. I do as well have a bad habit of washing my hair everyday. I am 4 months pp, my hair is falling out, it’s still super soft and untangled. I am taking prenatals and biotin. I’ve been using Kristin Ess for almost 3 years, I’m a clean product junkie, and my daughter is too. Point being, don’t listen to the wrong reviews. Many shampoos made my hair fall out after months of using them, Herbal Essences, John Freida, OGX. Not your mothers and Shea Moisturizer were awful almost immediately. Oh and I do randomly use Selsum Blue.

I adored this shampoo at first, the scent the shine, all of it! But after using it for several years and struggling with continued breaking, brittle hair I realized this has been the cause. I’m a low maintenance girl 360 days out of the year. I had naturally long, silky hair before and never had to do anything to it. My hair stylist used to gush over my hair. Now with all the breakage my hair looks ridiculous unless it’s tied back and even then all my baby hairs twirl out. I can not stress how much confidence I’ve lost and if I can help one person to not go through that, then this this review was worth it. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before. I've always had low maintenance hair with no hair concerns. I initially started using this shampoo based on a friend's recommendation and loved the smell/feel. I started to notice a lot of hair loss a few weeks ago which is not normal for me. My husband even made a comment on how much hair was collecting in the shower drain and everywhere in the house (never happened previously). I started to become concerned about my health because of it and considered going to see an MD... until I realized the hair wasn't coming from my scalp, but was actually breakage. There are so many other products out there, please save yourself the stress and try a different one.
