These are without doubt the best "go to" red or white wine glasses. We have bought at least 18 over the years. They are strong, sophisticated, ergonomic and elegantly shaped. We have never broken one in a dishwasher as some feedback has suggested. Cannot go past them.

Love these glasses, ALTHOUGH I brought Them online I wanted the 490ml size but they were out of stock so I brought these ones as they said 460 ml and were a similar shape and only 30ml smaller. I wanted them for RED wine. When I got them, On the box I noticed they are WHITE wine glasses. No where on the listing does it say they are WHITE wine glasses, I re checked. I personally think that information is important when buying wine glasses. This is not to say they aren’t beautiful glasses and beautiful quality, but the information provided by MYER was limited and not very helpful.

I hosted a dinner last Saturday and used my Avant Garde Wine Glasses for the first time. My guests commented on the beautiful shape and correct size for the wine we shared.These glasses are perfect and to get them on sale was a fantastic bonus.

These glasses are elegant and beautiful. Though white wine glasses, they’re a nice size for other summery bevy’s like Aperol spritz. We needed to replace old glassware and these are just perfect. We always get nice comments when using these I feel cheeky having bought them on sale - well and truely worth it.
I thought this was going to be too big, but turns out, I should have gotten the 490mL. The glasses are well made and very elegant. Everytime I use them, I feel like I’m in a very expensive restaurant.I almost want to get the matching champagne flutes if I didn’t already have a really good set.The only thing that’s misleading is the description says for red and white on the website. When the box arrived, it was labelled as for white wines. Doesn’t matter because I still use it for reds.
Wonderfully sculptured glasses. I love mine so much I started gifting them to friends. It’s my most constant purchase. Perfect for any wine or even a spritz OR margaritas. I use them for everything because they look great, and very enjoyable to drink from.
Excellent value for money. It's hard to find red wine glasses that taper in at the top like this for under $30-40 per glass, but these glasses are great especially when on sale. Tapering in at the top helps collect & accentuate aromas, especially for lighter styles or red wine like Pinot Noir & Grenache
As a wine glass, they certainly work as expected. Deceivingly large, pretty sure there's a vortex in the bottom because it holds way too much wine, so use with caution. In regards to quality: for the price I expected them to not feel like they'd break when stacking in the dishwasher - but for a heavy discount on sale, 6 decent looking glasses that hold wine was a fair buy.
These glasses are so gorgeous. I have been so excited to use these when having guest over as they just look and feel fancy. They feel sturdy that they won't smash on the slightest touch, but not big and bulky. I absolutely love these.
This is not actually about the gift, it is about the packaging. The glasses are perfect, exactly what we wanted, not too delicate yet still elegant. However, they arrived (2 boxes of 6) in a very large box - much too big for the boxes of glasses. There was no padding, bubble wrap or packaging material and the large outer box had no ‘Fragile’ or ‘Handle with care’ stickers. I was astonished that only 2 of the glasses were broken. Replacing them before Christmas was a challenge I did not need.
