The range of attachments and the 2nd bowl made this for me - their usefulness cannot be understated! I did a LOT of research before buying this machine and I am pleased with it so far. It does shake quite a lot when kneading dough, but it doesn’t sound like it’s strained at all. The weighing function is fantastic and has been really useful for cakes. The sleek black look is really classy. I was worried that it would feel too big, but I feel like it’s a great size - especially with the two bowl sizes.

I was so excited to receive my online purchase, however I was quickly disappointed- with everything!I’ve made several cakes, whipped cream, creamed butter and sugar, and I have not been happy with any of the results. Most of the cream stays inside the large whipping tool. The tools don’t completely reach the ingredients on the sides of the bowl, so there is this constant stopping, scraping down the sides, then repeating. It’s very noisy and not pleasurable at all to use. I contacted customer service and sent a video of the loud noise it makes whilst creaming butter and sugar, and was advised there was no fault. I am returning this mixer as I am most disappointed with its performance.
