I bought this product in August last year. When I went to use it in April this year it was OK first time but second time the battery wouldn’t charge. All I get from Karcher is prevarication and broken promises. There are clearly problems with these batteries and if you purchase a product with a defective battery they will be unable to replace for months and refuse to offer a refund. Incidentally I note this product is currently on sale on their website but they have been unable to supply me with a new battery since April. Latest indication is end of August, hence no lawnmower for whole summer. Avoid!

Previously I was using another brand name with cable so moving around needed much more care etc. so I decided to treat myself with cordless.Karcher is a nice design, it's not light but very easy to handle. My garden is medium size and the battery is sufficient for 2 cuttings. The collection box is very nicely designed and collects everything.I did notice the machine cutting out when trying to cut at level 1. That said I would not want to cut it that low as it is not good for garden.Overall I am very pleased with the lawn mower.

I bought this a month ago and I have mixed feelings. This has small power so very often when grass is little higher lawn mower slow down and leaves already cut grass on lawn. This is very annoying. One battery not enough for my lawn. But I should get one for free by promotion. Cutting height lever is flimsy. Very hard to set position. Overall I am happy because I do not have to fight with power cord so now cutting lawn is less difficult and quicker.

I’ve had the lawnmower 15 months and it is so good, really great product. I rate all of karcher products as I also have the strimmer, hedge trimmer and a window cleaner. Annoyingly after just over a year all 3 batteries that I have for my products have died at exactly the same time, so quite frustrating and disappointing considering the quality of the karcher products. If they only last a year, to buy a new battery for £65-100 every year will soon add up.Would give 5 stars but very disappointed with the outcome of the batteries.
I recently purchased this mower and a strimmer having previously bought the Karcher hedge trimmer. The mower was well packaged and delivered promptly. I found the package was complete, no missing parts and the instructions for assembly easy to follow. The battery had a little charge in it so I could test that everything worked straight away. I have now cut our front and back lawns a couple of times and can do this easily on one charge. I found I could cut the lawns and then transfer the battery to my strimmer and complete the edges as well, all on one charge. The re charge time is acceptable. I like the carrying handle on top of the mower, it's well placed to balance the mower for ease of carriage. It is a great mower, at a good price, appears robust and quiet in ... 3 large batteries have broken in the 2 years I’ve had this lawn mower. 1 battery is working but is now not showing anything on the screen. The lawn mower its self is extremely weak, struggling to cut anything other than already very short grass. If you leave your grass to grow AT ALL it will keep cutting out even on the highest setting when you go over it. To be clear, this isn’t wild grass, it’s garden grass left for a week or two in the spring.I’ve completely given up on this lawn mower. Kaercher have clearly sacrificed quality with this tool.
Ah, behold the grand unveiling of the illustrious "Karcher LMO 18-36" – a heroic endeavour to replace the valiant yet feeble corded mower of yore. Armed with a collection of Karcher companions that have shone brightly in my life, I embarked on this journey with expectations as lofty as a giraffe on stilts. Alas, what I've encountered, my dear disillusioned friend, is a shocker of a spectacle that even the most dazed flamingo wouldn't dare dance to.As I unravelled the tale from its cardboard cocoon, a sense of déjà vu gripped me – the feeling of having stumbled upon a forgotten relic from the budget bin. The plastic, rather than exuding the confidence of a lawn conquistador, felt more like a whimsical nod to the concept of sturdiness. And the seams? Well, they ... The plastic, rather than exuding the confidence of a lawn conquistador, felt more like a whimsical nod to the concept of sturdiness. And the seams? Well, they appeared to have attended a party of their own, leaving the task of marrying up properly to the imagination..Assembling this enigma of engineering is as breezy as a summer's day, true to the ritual of modern times. The handle, like a long-lost friend, finds its place in your hands with the grace of a ballerina. And let's not forget the battery – a fickle creature that seems to require a secret handshake and a few incantations to make a proper connection. After a dance of words that would make a sailor blush, I managed to coax it into submission.Ah, the moment of truth arrives – a charged battery and a heart full of ambition. The Karcher LMO 18-36 purrs to life, or so I hoped. The reality, however, is a saga fit for the ages. It navigates the battlefield of grass with the precision and grace of a blindfolded squirrel, on a unicycle. The cut grass rebellion, refusing to be tamed, remains steadfastly attached to its roots, mocking your attempts at garden domination. And oh, the audacity! At the mere thought of reducing its cutting height, the mower resorts to a dramatic halt, as if offended by the very notion. The auditions for the role of "Lawn Desert" have officially begun, as this mower's quest for dry grass domination knows no bounds. Moisture, the nemesis of this mechanical marvel, transforms it into a clogged catastrophe, leaving you to ponder the life decisions that led you down this path. But let us not forget the silver lining in this cloud of garden despair – it's delightfully light, the perfect weight for a therapeutic session of "Mower Against the Wall." And with that, you bid adieu to the Karcher LMO 18-36, retreating to the comforting embrace of a trusty £99 "temporary" mower, and proclaiming a resounding farewell to Karcher!
It does a good job, its lightweight and cuts the grass well. My main gripe is the battery. Originally purchased in summer 2021 and so far the battery life expectancy has been very poor.I originally bought the mower with an extra battery as the garden is quite big , so i have two batteries in total. The first battery was replaced under warranty after a year, last August, and now I have just messaged the karcher helpline today as I need another replacement battery. Identical problem lcd screen us blank and will not start charging on the Dock.If I has my time again would I buy this lawnmower, strimmer and an extra battery, honestly I don't think I would. Several product reviewers, including myself, have expressed dissatisfaction with the power of this product. It struggles to cut anything taller than 6cm, and I find myself relying on a cheaper electric hover mower or a strimmer for initial cuts, particularly in the spring. However, during the rest of the year, it is possible to manage by mowing once a week, and the mower only cuts out on a few occasions due to getting clogged up with small amounts of grass cuttings.Unfortunately, one of my batteries stopped charging after only 18 months, which is a common issue among other reviewers. I've been experiencing slow and unsatisfactory customer service, which has caused a delay of two months in obtaining a replacement battery that is currently out of stock. Now the ... This experience has made me reconsider purchasing from Kärcher again.
I think i miss the power of a petrol lawn mower which made mowing totally effortless. My son is at an age that can help mowing and the cordless lawn mower is great for easy to use, start, charge etc. The battery doesn't last as long as expected but I am able to cut my front and rear lawns (not very big) with less than 10% battery remaining.Cut is good but grass collection is not impressive as I keep having to open collector and move grass further into the grass collector.I feel that the handles are pain when stowing away. Some other brands have a lever that makes collapsing the handle very easy. The cut heights. Well I think I will only use the lower 2 levels. Having said that the first cut of the season I would use the higher levels. For me I liked the power ... MoreI think i miss the power of a petrol lawn mower which made mowing totally effortless. I hope my review helps
