It makes my hair stronger, softer and gives it a healthy kick of volume...yet without weighing it down whatsoever. It also slightly reduces the amount of hair strands I count in the shower, compared to when I use a 'regular' shampoo. Surprisingly I experience zero frizz and tangling which is what usually happens when I use an SLS-containing product. My guess is the amount of Sulfates in here must be less than other shampoos I've used in the past. The elegant bottle packaging looks lovely on my bathroom cupboard and the shampoo smells amazing too. A Huge Disappointment...

Just received the shampoo late yesterday. Read the label and used it for the first time this morning. The results? Well I can attest to the fact that it does not 'offer additional body and thickness without weighing it down', for me. It actually does absolutely nothing other than cleanse hair! I thought, 'ok, maybe my damp hair will magically react by using the blow dryer and my hair will at least get some lift?' Zero positive results. Just flat, flat, and unmanageable(ly) soooooft hair with no 'ooomph' whatsoever. Re-washing my hair with another shampoo was not in the cards this morning, so applying a gel or throwing on a hat was the next best alternative. Could be better

I have to agree with some of the other comments. I didn’t realize they changed the formula. They did that with the Resistance shampoo and conditioner too a few years back. Why fix it if it’s not broken. I liked the old formula better. I wondered why this wasn’t making my hair as full as it used to. The products are rather expensive and I try them all to see what works best. I’m a little disappointed with the brand as of lately and have started switching back and forth with Redken to save a some money since I’m not sold on them the way I used to be. I feel Redken volume inject has done just as good as this and that never used to be the case.

Disappointed

I have been saving up for Kerastasê products. I researched this one before purchasing based on my hair type and am a little disappointed. I made sure I used the products correctly, for example, emulsifying the product with a little water in my hands before applying and it did lather really well and smells lovely but in terms of showing or feeling any difference in my hair, there is none. I won't buy Kerastasê again as I also used the Nutritive range and found no difference either. The hairdressers tell you to spend money on these more expensive products because they are supposed to be better for your hair but I haven't found that to be the case and will go back to Pantene!

Good lift and shine

This shampoo is easy to use, and the effects last a few days for my hair. I have not purchased a conditioner, so I simply shampoo twice and rinse very well. I do not add any other products to my hair, wet or dry. I only use a hair dryer for about 5 minutes, just enough to leave my hair damp. I then arrange it and let it dry naturally. I comb it again when dry. I like the results. My naturally fair hair shows lovely light sections. It looks quite thick and lifted, and has a pleasing shine.

Unlike the other reviewers who received this product for FREE FROM BZZAGENT, I ACTUALLY BOUGHT MINE! I feel so deceived. This shampoo is literally (80%) IDENTICAL to L'OrealElvive Hyaluron Plump Shampoo! DONT SPEND $42 WHEN YOU CAN PURCHASE THIS FOR $5! I EXPECTED WAY MORE FROM THIS BRAND! THE USE OF SULFATES ON THINNING HAIR IS AWFUL ADVICE TOO! I clearly should of looked into the ingredients before purchasing. I took their hair quiz and immediately purchased, DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE! Virtue is the same price but you actually get a premium product!

Kerastase Sells Fake Products!

After numerous times buying Kerastase on Amazon, and finding ALL of them FAKE, or as a Kerastase employee called it,”diverted”, i decided to buy Direct from Kerastase.Wow. What a disappointment… Two different shampoos, and Two different conditioners… ALL FAKE “DIVERTED” PRODUCTS.How am i sure? I took it to the Salon, and bought the same there, and compared the differences.Firstly, Kerastase has a VERY unique, very pleasant smell… now they ALL smell like super cheap dollarstore product. And the final proof is, it DOESNT WORK THE SAME. in fact, it makes my hair dead flyaway limp and terrible texture. UNLIKE THE REAL PRODUCT.

Never had scalp problem like this before

I have been using cheaper product for whole of my life and never had any issue, until one day I started having a bad hairfall due to stress and decided to give this product a try. Never spent this much money before for a small bottle of shampoo but somehow I believe this product will deliver due to its brand name, I immediately bought 2 bottles plus Initialiste serum which btw is no longer a product on Kerastase in a matter of 3 months since I purchased it back in July 2022I tried the shampoo and serum, within the first week I noticed dry scalp forming in one part of my head which I thought maybe it’s still adjusting to the new product? I tried another week, the dry scaly scalp was happening kind of on and off. This is my holy grail for Shampoo and conditioner.

I've been using another brand for thining hair for a while now. I gave it a fair Chance. I refilled 3 times, but wasn't happy with the volume. I decided to try this for 11 dollars more. And I am very satisfied. I used it Thanks Giving day but didn't have time for a blow out. I went to my dinner with hair that dried naturally, and I was happy with the results. Soft, Shiny, wavy long hair looked great. So, happy with the results. I will be using this again along with the conditioner in the future. For the first time in a long time my dry, thinning hair looks youthful with body. It's worth the extra money. Also, I don't have to shampoo every day. I shampooed my hair Saturday, and it's now Monday, and my hair still looks fresh.
