Kérastase Symbiose PURETÉ Anti-Dandruff Shampoo For Oily Scalp 250ml

I was about to purchase a full size of this shampoo since my hair is often itchy and flaky during this season and also I love Kerastase but luckily I got a sample to try them first. Unfortunately I do not like this shampoo at all, this does not lather well. My hair gets so rough putting this on, it’s so so so dry. But the conditioner that comes with it saves my hair a little, makes my hair become soften and smooth a bit. After blow drying my scalp already feels itchy since its so dry, if I scratch dandruff will appear which is so bad. My dandruff level was light but after using this shampoo they become worse: itchy and I have big pieces of dandruff (ew). But still I tried to use this 3 more times to see if it gets better. I have to use my Neutrogena shampoo to get rid of them (this one is the best for me but I just don’t enjoy the smell much) I would recommend trying a sample before getting a full size to see if it’s good for your scalp since this is pricey.

Almost perfect

Bought this as it was the closest match to the Keratase Specifique bain anti-pelliculaire which was perfect for my hair. I think they've discontinued it and replaced it with this one instead. If I'd known, I'd have stocked up. This shampoo does clear my scalp but I've found it a little drying on the rest of my hair. It's missing the creamy formula of the Specifique one. I don't condition my hair as it weighs it down so don't want to have to start now. May have to try the version for dry scalp and see if it makes a difference. It's difficult because they are so pricey, you don't want to end up buying something you later regret. Strongly recommend only buying when there's a discount on.

I cannot think of one bad thing regarding this product range! I received full size kit with exceptional results! I have suffered with dry itchy scalp and dandruff making me very conscious for quite some time, so I was very keen to try this,, I was not disappointed! After using the products in order I noticed massive improvement with my scalp dandruff and even my hair feels healthier. I've used many different branded shampoos and conditioners with some improvement but always still had issues , with these products I noticed my dandruff completely vanished as well as the itching!. Excellent

I have used each of the samples and very impressed with the quality of the products and how soft and shiny my hair is using them. The exfoliating hair scrub is amazing and my scalp feels hydrated and dandruff free. Overall my hair has remained soft and throughly cleansed to salon standard in my opinion. I normally have to wash my hair every 2 days due to build up but after 4 days between washes using these products my hair is healthy and vibrant with non greasy roots.

Excellent product

I am so so happy that I could receive my sample full size of each product. I am struggling a bit with dandruff from some time so that’s the perfect time to try it. After cleanse my head I can feel nice cool feeling ,my skin and hair are really like after detox . Shampoo is very efficient,I have long hair that’s perfect point ,after mask my hair are smoother and more hydrated only after 3 min and last serum after that I can see that my skin on my head is fully hydrated I have less dandruff before then now . Omg! Best one ever!!!!! No dandruff, therefore less oily hair, I wash my hair every 3 days, this shampoo is amazing!!! Results in just 1 use! The only thing is that it doesn’t foam much but I guess it’s because is mostly for the scalp, which is the root of the problem, so because it is pricey, and you wanna make it last the longest possible, I wash my hair first with H&S, to clean mostly the hair, I have a lot of hair and thick, and then for the second wash I use this amazing shampoo focusing on the scalp, and last I use the conditioner, absolutely love this Symbiose line!

Improvement from first use!

Great product! I have used this shampoo twice now and have already noticed a huge improvement to my dandruff, so much so that I haven’t experienced any dandruff in between washes. For context I wash my hair every 3-4 days and would usually start to get a build up of dandruff the day after washing prior to using this shampoo. The shampoo is not drying at all and leaves my hair feeling soft, nourished and the scalp cleansed. I have fine hair but lots of it so it’s very thick and can often feel dry from anti- dandruff products. Haven’t tried the overnight treatment yet as haven’t felt the need to due to the great results from the shampoo.

Lovely shampoo

Perfect balance of cleansing and moisturising. A little goes a long way so it’s lasting well. Doesn’t strip the hair unlike most anti dandruff formulas. Leaves hair flake-free, clean and shiny. Smells great. I’m using it with another Kerastase conditioner rather than the symbiose one and they still compliment each other really well.

Seeing results

I have used this twice, in conjunction with the other products in the same line. So far so good! My scalp feels squeaky clean and much smoother. My scalp doesn’t feel as textured and bumpy as it was before. I’m hoping this is the miracle product I’ve been looking for. I’ve tried every product on the market and some prescription shampoos which have worked for a while but my dandruff has always come back. As mentioned I’m using this with the other treatments in the line so I can’t pin point if this shampoo is enough to work on its own. So long as it keeps working I’ll continue to use this with the scalp treatments as I really feel this range is absolutely excellent.
