I feel no different during or after finishing the entire bottle of L-Methylfolate. I am going to continue to take the supplement since my husband (he's a nurse) says that methyl folate is good for the heart. Just glad I found a cheaper bottle on this site. The higher the number, 7mg, 17mg, etc... the more you will pay for the supplement.

I started taking this about 6 months ago as a supplement alongside my antidepressant and it works. I felt it was the last little push I needed to get over the stubborn hump of my major depression. Im feeling more positive and energized. This is the real deal and at a reasonable price too! My psychiatrist approved of it and said he has been reading of studies with great results. As always, check with your doctor before taking any supplement.

This seems to be exactly like the major name brand product. Easy to swallow capsules. No burps, stomach upset, or other adverse reactions. I MUST L Meth 15mg in conjunction with my primary meds and I ran out of the brand-one due to expense.Found this (on sale tooo!) and got back on it.Results within 36 hours. I can tell it is working.

Works well. I will buy again. The price is more affordable than most of the other products out there.
My son was put on deplin to help with his ADHD and insurance won't pay for it... deplin is folic acid so since deplin is so expensive we went this route and works just like deplin and is way cheaper!! Ships very quickly too!!
This product helps me with my folate deficiency. My doctor did a test which determined my body cannot process folate properly. This product is just as good as what my doctor prescribed at a much lower cost. Since it considered a " medical food " one can purchase it online without a prescription.
This L-methylfolate is not as strong as some. I find it wears off quickly and feel the need for another 5 or 6 hours later. However, another brand gives you the Folate to the Maxx, only 1 very small capsule daily.
I have been taking this medication for many years now due to my high metabolism. I metabolize my medication to fast. This helps me to get the full benefits of each medication. I am definitely doing much better than before taking it and will continue taking it.
my doctor recommended this vitamin since my body lacks some folic acid to help push some of my meds through my liver. i have been taking them for about a week now. and i do gotta say it has made me feel nauseous and i had 2 headaches and the thing i probably didnt like the most is i have like light "shivers" but i feel them in my neck and head. it feels like my neck and head is vibrating. and my girlfriend said she could see my head slightly moving. i hope that side effect goes away. but we will see. it has helped my other meds kick in more like they are suppose to. so with those cons it is worth the pro of my meds actually working now.
