L'Occitane almond Delicious Hands 75ml

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've been increasingly using Beauty Affairs over some of the other e-commerce websites like Look fantastic and Strawberry net. Not only are they comparable on price their customer service blows the others out of the water. As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

You know, my nose is very picky about fragrances. Sometimes it may initially like something and then decide it doesn't like it later. And most of the time it definitely doesn't like a scent. This one is just very fresh and sweet, and everyone I use it around loves it. That's a great plus for me. Other than the fantastic scent, it works wonders on my hands as well. I wash my hands a few times a day and it really helps them stay moisturized. You can't go wrong with this product.

I bought this travel size Amande/almond Delicious Hands cream as part of a trio with the travel size lavender and original shea butter scents. The almond scent is unquestionably my favorite. Regarding the L’Occitane hand creams overall: I don’t think I’ve ever tried a cream that so skillfully struck the balance between richness and non-greasy feel. Wonderfully moisturizing—I think I’m going to be using this for my nails and cuticles rather than purchasing the L’Occitane nail oil again. Pro-tip: I do most of my beauty shopping on Sephora or Ulta rather than going to manufacturer websites, but there are a ton more hand cream scents (and often sizes) available via the L’Occitane website. I absolutely adore these small hand creams, as they never go to waste and maintain a refreshing fragrance until the very last drop. Opting for the smaller sizes is a personal choice, as it allows me to use them up before they expire. These hand creams are my best friends, ensuring my hands stay moisturized wherever I go. My Indispensable Companion! Always in my bag!

The whole Amande line from l’occitane is amazing. I keep a mini of this hand lotion in my bag for after hand washing at restaurants and rest stops (I hate the smell of rest stop soap!!!) when we are driving for long weekends or trips to see the kids. It smells so amazing—yes, it is almondy, but not overpoweringly so, and it doesn’t compete with perfumes. If you want to layer the shower oil wash, skin supple oil and body lotion sink in and last for glowing skin. It’s the only scent from the company that I really love, and they deliver major moisturizing benefits.
