I've used this cleaner for YEARS before the current change and the two things I noticed first is how it doesn't lather as good as the original and my face is dry after cleansing. My face also just doesn't feel clean.L'occitane you are going to lose all your loyal customers with these changes that are cutting quality out of your products. At this rate there won't be a company left. There are too many other products out there for this.This will be my last review because I can no longer get any of my staples because they've all been changed for the worst. I'm assuming the immortelle divine oil is next. So sad!

After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit worried about this new formula. I have used this for years and wondered why they would change it. But, I ran out, so I had to order something. I'm so glad I trusted my instincts and continued using this cleanser. Not only is it better than before, with plenty of foamy suds, it now has the cap attached! Yeah! I lost count how many times I dropped the lid and crawled around on the floor looking for it! So, thank you for attaching the lid! LOL. Don't hesitate in continuing to use this amazing cleanser. It is just wonderful!

I have used the cleanser for about three years. I am very disappointed with the new version of this product. There is no fragrance like the precious product. It doesn't seem to clean as well. But I really miss is the fragrance. The divine cream is same. It doesn't have the lovely fragrance.

This company is about to 'New and Improved' itself into bankruptcy! I will no longer buy any more of your products as they have all been changed for the worse. I've been a loyal customer over 15 years on everything from cleansers, man face products, hand creams, body creams you name it! I've gifted just as many but after the use of this new face wash sadly I've ordered my last product.I can't keep paying the high cost for poor quality products now.I hope L'occitane figures this out before it's too late!
I am recent convert to this, after the brand I used to use has disappeared.I use this daily, & love the smell of it. It makes my skin feel clean & refreshed . Thoroughly recommend
I love the scent of this as it is very similar to the lotion of the same group of products. It's a little more drying on my skin than the blue bottled immortelle cleansing foam, but I can no longer use that due to the scent change which I don't like. It does seem to minimise the pores on my t-zone, so worth keeping using it.
Surprised by the bad reviews so thought I would share my own experience. I have sensitive skin and couldn't use the previous iteration of this product. I tried it and quite happy with it so far!
I recently ordered 2, thinking it was just a new packaging design. Didn't read the description. Boy, was I disappointed in the new product. I thought it was the foaming cleanser with its delightful fragrance that I fell in love with several years ago. Instead, the fragrance was not enjoyable, and the delightful light foaming cleanser was now a heavier CREAM! Sadly, I'm stuck with 2 products I find totally unenforceable to use.
I loved the previous version of this and used it for years. This "new" formula does not foam as easily - I need to use twice the amount. It's more like a combination of a foam and cream cleanser. Very disappointing. Will not be buying again.
Used to use this previously and was told stock not available as new packaging is being used. Bought one again in new packaging - and it's a completely different formula. Terrible face wash now
