L'Occitane Immortelle Precious Eye Balm - 15 ml

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Dewy hydrating eye cream

This is a lovely addition to the morning and evening skincare routine. I have used eye creams in the past without any results and this one actually de-puffs my morning eyes and makes my fine lines (I'm in my early 30's) look less visible overall. Can't comment on it's ability to reduce dark circles. I would recommend to my friends and personally purchase. I was gifted this product for my honest review.

Eye balm

I was gifted this product for my honest review. I have wrinkles under my eyes and while I haven't seen much difference in those while using the eye balm, I can see and feel how hydrating this cream is for that area. My skin looks nice and dewy for several hours. A luxe addition to my nightly routine.I wouldn't purchase this as I think that the emulsion enriche moisturiser renders similar results.

FAKE PRODUCT - Could damage skin and eyes!!!!

OMG - this product FAKE RIP OFF - have been using the real thing for over a decade - funny smell, yellowish color - took to my dermatologist - and well - seemingly good deal too good to be true - the 'yellow' label is apparently the ' tell' along with cheap non laminated/waxed shiny packaging - also product was not wrapped in the clear cellophane like the REAL STUFF - BUYERERS BEWARE!!!!Actually made my eyes 'weep' and that’s when consulted eye Dr ( opthopologist), normal physician and dermatologist . . . . . Incredible

The eye balm is incredible! As a woman in my early 30's I've been struggling to find an eye cream that hydrates the under eye without being too light and sticky or too thick and waxy. The Immortelle Precious Eye Balm is my perfect match! The creamy consistency sinks straight in without leaving any uncomfortable residue. I love how much smoother my under eyes feel as a result and it feels like a real indulgence using such luxurious products. This was a product I was given to trial but I can honestly say I love it. A little goes a long way, so the jar will last me well but I already know I will be purchasing it myself when the time comes.

Just try it!

This is a wonderful product. In fact, all L'Occitaine products are wonderful. Very moisturizing for the skin, especially for the winter, and the products are designed for different skin types during different season. It is widely used in Europe, as the ingredients are pure, not adulterated with chemicals. I have used it for many years and the benefits are evident on my skin.

Not the Usual eye Creme

I have been using L'Occitane for many years, specifically this product. The eye balm arrived packaged as new, and the creme itself was sealed as normally as if I had bought it directly from L'Occitane. However, when I opened the glass container, it was only half full of creme, and the eye creme has a yellow tint to it, like it is old. I have no clue how that could have happened, especially as the container was sealed, and the box was wrapped as new. I will continue to use this product, but I probably will buy directly from L'Occitane in the future.

Silky soft under eye hydration

This little tub brings huge hydration! My under eye bags have shrunk, and my crows feet have reduced over the 3 weeks I've now been using this. The cream is silky smooth and a gentle circular motion rubs it right in. I wear it morning and night and have been very pleased with the results. Only downside is the small size of the container makes it a bit difficult to get the cream out, would prefer a wider opening. Otherwise, I've been very happy with this!
