L'Occitane Shea Lavender Liquid Soap 500 ml

If you’re having suspicions and questioning the legitimacy of this website, then look no further!!! This was honestly one of the best beauty online retailers I have ever shopped from. Plus YES ITS A LEGIT SITE! I live in NZ and my order was placed, processed and delivered to me in less than 5 days. I absolutely love my items and would definitely be a regular customer. If you shop at Sephora or Mecca then you will definitely love Beauty Affairs!

I’ve only recently started buying from Beauty Affairs and I have to say I’m really impressed, firstly by how quickly Aubrey (customer service rep) got back to me, but also how friendly she was/is. It’s nice to be spoken to in the same kind of language that I’d use if I was working in a store, or how I’d like to be spoken to if I was walking into a store - as opposed to the inauthentic ‘chat bot’ style or the very dry online customer service that I normally get elsewhere. I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! Amazingly luxurious soap for a time of constant hand washing

Due to the pandemic, I've been washing myHands quite often and it's been taking a toll on my skin. I was searching for an Ulta-moisturizing hand soap with a light scent. This product completely satisfied my search. I bought the largest size bottle since I have been going through so much soap on a daily basis. I love the rich shea butter in this soap. The light lavender scent is soothing and calming. And I love that it provides a bit of a luxurious spa feel to my bathroom during this stressful time. This was my very first L'Occitane product I've purchased and I will definitely be coming back for more. The brand also provided some hand cream samples that I'm also falling in love with.

Disappointed

I do love Loccitane for the rich creamy lather and above all the divine lavender fragrance. No lavender fragrance whatsoever. I canvassed opinion from a friend who couldn’t smell the lavender neither could my husband. I bought my sister the same bottle some 6 months ago and she said there’s no lavender fragrance. I didn’t believe her but couldn’t check it out as she lives a distance away from me and with the virus restrictions I haven’t seen her. I’ve apologised to her for not believing. I really do think this needs to be checked out as the lavender fragrance is a huge selling point with Loccitane.

Lavender hand soap and almond shower gel.

The O'Occitane Lavender Liquid soap used to be my #1 favorite, however. the formula has changed. The new product does not smell of lavender and has an odd smell. Please bring back your original wonderful product! Please! Also, the label on the soap container is not as pleasing. It has too much ad information on it and looks very commercial. It does not look as nice on my bathroom counter top.The almond shower oil, which was also a favorite of mine, does not smell as good, and I think you must have changed the formula. Please bring back your original almond scent.

Non-drying, Luxury Soap

This hand wash is absolutely gorgeous to use.My hands are prone to being dry, especially after hand washing but this hand soap is moisturising (no need for hand cream) and leaves your hands smelling divine.Maybe it is a bit pricey but the 500ml lasts ages as you only require one pump to get a great lather and to thoroughly clean your hands.

Softer hands overnight!

Although the Lavender is not as pronounced as it is in L'occitane's regular Lavender hand wash (with its SLS), I'm happy to lose a bit of the scent for the sake of my hands! Many of the handwashes I own have been drying my hands out without me realizing they were the reason, and I only noticed once the condition of my hands changed literally overnight after switching to this. It feels luxurious when using, thanks partly to the very mild detergents in it and the Shea Butter. This is a very high quality hand wash, and it is pricey, but I enjoy using this so will continue to purchase. May be a while though as the pump dispenses just the right amount of product and this is quite concentrated too, so you only use a small amount each time.
