I wasn't sure quite what to expect with this as I haven't yet tried a BB cream. Fortunately, I selected the darkest shade available, as the other shades would have been too light for my skin tone. The good points - love the lightness, consistency and also the smell of this item (sounds strange but it's got a gorgeous smell to it!). Unfortunately, as I still have a fair few dark spots and marks from previous spots/blemishes, it's not enough coverage for these problem areas of mine. However, I'd consider this ideal for holiday and days where you don't want a full face of make up but just require that little bit of help to achieve that "au naturale" look! I have been wearing this product for the last 6 years! And I will probably never stop wearing it, I tend not to wear full cover foundation too often, and opt for a more natural look. Sometimes I get redness after breakouts, this helps with it SO much. The colour instantly matches my skin, and looks so incredible and natural, even when using a small amount. Cannot say enough good things about this product!

I bought light 2 hoping for a light coverage moisturising cream. Ive always trusted l'oreal products but this was shockingly bad. Goes on white but turns tangerine orange and no amount of blending improves it. Left me looking like a pumpkin. I dont know why they need to make it look like cheap fake tan but i wont be buying this again. Straight in the bin, £10 i wont get back.

The good points - love the lightness, consistency and also the smell of this item (sounds strange but it's got a gorgeous smell to it!). I had the great opportunity to test the Magic BB cream and I fell in love with it! It leaves such a natural finish behind, while still covering my imperfections. What's better than makeup and skincare in a single product? ^^ I have already made my second purchase. It is just perfect for university days.

I chose the medium as I’m not super pale and it gave me great coverage, my skin looked far more even but my natural freckles still showed through so it looked very natural. Normally have Garnier BB cream but it’s too oily for me so gave L’Oréal’s a try and I’m not disappointed. It is white when you put it on, the colour appears as it’s being rubbed in, the texture is very nice, not too oily and it gives a nice natural look. My one mistake is after reading some reviews they said shades were a little darker than described and to go a shade lighter, so although I have quite olive skin I went for light which I found is way too light for my colour but I just add some of my mouse foundation and it works a treat. I will definately buy again but in a darker shade.
If I could only use 1 makeup product for the rest of my life, it would be this. Natural looking medium coverage, smooth texture, hydrating, and a great colour match (which normally I struggle with being so pale). The only things to note are that the mineral spf can cause it to pill if you work it for too long, and it does dry down quite quickly so it isn't one of those products to dot everywhere and then blend - you need to work in sections. I also found that using a brush is best, I used to use a sponge and it left a lot of texture, so much so that I thought I didn't like the product. It's super lightweight and feels like you're just wearing moisturiser. I got multiple compliments on my skin the first day of wearing it :)
Good product. Not great for those with a fairer skin tone such as myself. Tried the smallest amount I could, still looked like I had slathered myself in a bad fake tan. My redness was gone, but it looked nothing like the matched skin tone I was promised. Have passed it on to a friend that has been blessed with a lovely sun-kissed skin tone. Slightly disappointed considering how much I paid for it and how highly it was recommended to me. Never mind. Will keep looking for something similar that suits my fairer coloring.
I love the green cream in this range, it neutralises redness and is incredibly light, based on that I had high hopes for this bb cream. The product comes out of the tube white with the colour being activated when you rub it in which makes application and blending difficult. The light shade is darker with a tinge of orange, so would be better if you are not too fair. Very light but was drying as the day went on, so would be more suited to an oilier skin rather than my normal to dry!
As a 61 Yr old I have been looking for something other than a foundation to give my skin a bit of a glow. Asked assistant in superdrug who suggested this bb cream advised me to get light as it tends to go a bit orange! Got home eager to try, immediately thought this tubes not going to last long lol applied as instructed wasn't sure about result. Read the other reviews here where everyone was saying how orange ligh was, I toke a mirror outside still wasn't sure so decided to remove it....... Omg!! The cotton pads were so orange and I really didn't apply that much. Not sure what this says about the product because I still wasn't sure when it was on my face.
