I have been buying this shampoo for years, so I ordered as usual, but am very unhappy to find that it is not the same product. Although the bottle is the same colour, in small text it says that the formula has changed, but I did not know this before buying because this is currently not shown in the photo, or mentioned in the description. The old light floral scent has been replaced by something quite pungent. It is now truly awful. I will not be buying it again.

I have been buying this shampoo for months. Last week I bought a new bottle and firstly it smelt different so checked bottle and it said new formula. Hence to say I won’t be buying again after washing my hair felt and looked greasy.I buy a lot of L’Oréal products but the new formula is a no no for me.

My daughter and I both love this product. We both have very dry/damaged hair at the ends and this seems to be the only shampoo which genuinely seems to nourish and tame our hair - it's excellent value for money too :-) However, the one thing we do find annoying is that the bottle cap seems to collect and 'hold' a fair amount of water whilst showering, then after removing from the shower it has a habit of leaking everywhere - It would be great if this could perhaps be improved!?
