L'Oreal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil Midnight Serum 100ml

I've had issues with dry hair (mainly the ends) so I was really excited to try this out. The dispenser works really well, it's a pump so it's easy to control how much you want to apply, I have very thick, long hair so I sectioned it into half and applied 5 pumps on each side. First thing I noticed was the smell, it is absolutely devine! Secondly is the texture, it's like a cross between a facial moisturiser and a hair conditioner. It glides through the hair with ease and isn't sticky and doesn't leave a horrible texture once on the hair. The following morning after using the serum I did feel a difference in my hair, it felt alot softer and more nourished. I definitely think with continued use it will improve even more. This product really was a miracle in a bottle for me! It left my hair silky smooth and effectively dealt with my stubborn frizz leaving my hair feeling so hydrated and possibly in the best condition it has been for some time.I use it at night a few times a week through my lengths concentrating particularly on the ends as this is where my hair is most dry due to length. On night prior to my next wash I use more throughly towards the roots and the entire length to give my hair a good overnight treatment before washing.I really love the scent and it does not feel heavy when applied which is amazing.It does not leave my hair at all greasy and the next morning it feels amazing with a real shine.I amnso pleased to have discovered this and if there are more products ... MoreThis product really was a miracle in a bottle for me! The ombré midnight blue heavyweight glass bottle with white and gold detailing looks and feels extremely high end, something I'm not used to seeing with a hair serum, leading me to believe is was holding something really special inside! It is fitted with a gold coloured pump dispenser that can be locked securely closed by pushing down and turning it anticlockwise.This highly fragranced, non oily serum has a creamy texture that transforms into more of a watery serum when rubbed between the palms of my hands in preparation to apply to the lengths and ends of my hair. It's super convenient, too, in that you don't need to rinse it out. Once applied, I loosely tie up my hair and settle down to sleep, safe in the knowledge it won't transfer to my pillow while it works its magic overnight.I have dry hair that is damaged through bleaching and heat styling, so tends to look dull and feel brittle.
