I was initially using this because my scalp was sore from being dry. I have used it 3 times, 3 days in between, as I usually wash my hair. I have found my scalp is now more sensitive than before! It is tender on the first day, sore on the second, and itchy and tight by the third.I am not allergic to any of the ingredients, and I have never had a reaction to anything like this before; ergo I believe it to be the product.Disappointed, as it smells clean and feels nice when using it. I like the slip of the serum, it adds an extra layer of clean to my hair washing technique. I may try the other ranges, but this was a miss for me.

The issue is that itching your scalp means you then produce a lot of dandruff, which not only is something other people may notice, but can also end up on your clothes!I've been using the shampoo and the soother for almost 2 weeks now and I've noticed not only does my scalp feel a lot itchy and irritated, which means less dandruff, but my hair also fees noticeably smoother and softer! This is a great little 2 in 1 action as my scalp feels great and my hair also feels and looks great!I didn't think a shampoo would be this nice to use, but here we are. I'm going to be sticking with this product for the next months and buy some more when I run out. I'd highly recommend it!

Soothing treatmentThis is a great product, been using it for a week and I have seen a improvement on my scalp. I have a dry, itchy, flaky scalp, for which I've tried a variety of treatments on. This is by far the most effective.It has a lightweight gel consistency that calms and soothes my scalp without weighing down my hair and gets rid of the discomfort. It smells really nice. Did not expect much result from it, but it works beautifully. It also doesn't sting or hurt when applied.Love that it also leaves my hair soft and shiny

So i have been struggling with Scalp discomfort and dryness which makes my hair red and super itchy and i have tried other doctors recommended chemical shampoo and conditioner but nothing seems to work and than i tried this product combo from Loreal and man oh man I am impressed. This is definitely a game changer. I have been using this from sometime now and my scalp and my hair has never been better. Not only did it calm my scalp but the redness is reduced too. Oh and did i mention my hair is super soft. The soother treatment is a gel like product and you apply it after the shampoo and than lather it and rinse it off. Voila softer and more manageable hair and scalp is so much more calmer.

After trying the L'Oreal advanced shampoo and advanced scalp soother, i have noticed immediate results from the very first use, i suffer with a dry itchy scalp usually, but this duo set have totally calmed my problem and yet my hair still feels so clean fresh and managable. Both these products smell so airy & fresh, a fabulous consistency not to thick or runny, a little goes a real long way. The bottle and tube prove this is a professional haircare product with all the information in print, a real pleaser to use and have on show. Salon professional at its best. I have a very 'angry' scalp that gets red, irritated and spotty very easily. I tried medicated shampoos and didn't have much luck with it. I've been using both the shampoo and conditioner from the L'Oreal scalp range and I must say I'm very impressed... My scalp has fully 'calmed down'. The products smell very fresh and they leave the hair smelling and feeling fresh (and also extra soft - bonus!!). Another great thing is that the conditioner can be massaged into the scalp - usually that would make the hair greasy but this product doesn't. It just nourishes the scalp, minus the great. Overall I'm really happy with the products and I will 100% be purchasing it.
