This product went together well. No complaints on design or assembly. The finish is disappointing and not high gloss. So much so that I was convinced it had a protective film over it until assembled. You can imagine my disappointment when I realised this was the final finish. Cant exactly disassemble and send back and just confirms the perils of online shopping. Back to the high street for me when we can
The quality of the product ordered was extremely poor. This companies return process is horrendous with no physical telephone number listed anywhere to call with queries despite their site stating…’call us with your queries’. I was then offered a voucher by email (as opposed to a refund!)…ans my return postage was deniedReally poor customer service experience

So far it seems the screws given don’t fit the holes they’re meant for. this is a problem since there’s a lot of those screws for a lot of hole in several parts of the desk.
If there was a minus, I’d give it a minus. Awful experience from start to finish.
Hate this desk, super cheap. Flaked prior to using and nics and dings upon contact. I have to monitors on it and it required strategic placement to not topple over. Not sturdy at all. Would have returned if my husband didn't throw out the box
