La Roche Posay Lipikar Xerand Hand Cream 50 ml

I love the Lipikar range. This hand cream leaves my dry hands feelings very soft (almost silky!). It doesn't leave the skin feeling tacky or greasy. I recommend this cream for anyone with dry hands. My mum also uses this for her eczema and she highly rates it.

I work in healthcare and with the pandemic I was experiencing a lot of dryness and burning because of the excessive hand hygiene. This cream is good to a certain point. I would recommend this to someone that is not in health care. Don’t get me wrong this cream is nice but I just didn’t find that it was sufficient to get me through the bad stages of cracked dry hands.

Brilliant cream

I have never left a review on this site before, despite getting great service with orders for a while. However, I just had to leave a review for this hand cream. I have problematic hands, in that I have sensitive skin but they are also really affected by the cold and open up cracks etc as soon as the temperature drops, and as a result they are almost constantly dry. I have tried almost every cream available over many years, including all of the "normal" ones that are recommended, and they are virtually pointless for me. However, after 48 hours use of this cream, my hands have genuinely improved. The skin is more moisturised and has an underlying moisture that they didn't have before, which I think shows just how much this cream must be helping. Excellent product

I've bought several tubes of La Roche-Posay's Lipikar Xerand Hand Cream and always have a spare tucked away. This product does away with the myth that a hand cream has to be thick to be effective. The texture is almost a lotion, but it certainly packs a punch! This deeply moisturising hand cream comes into its own in winter when it becomes my first choice to help heal my chapped, cracked hands. A bonus is that it does not need to be frequently re-applied. The thin texture sinks in quickly and easily without stickiness, so it's become my favourite hand cream for using at work.I've tried some very expensive hand creams in the past, but none of them beats this little gem.

Great for dry skin

I bought this for my dad as he has developed bad eczema on his hands meaning they get very cracked, itchy and sore. He found this really helped relieve some tightness and dryness and reduced the itching he felt. Over time its really helped to manage the cracking too as long as its applied regularly.

La Roche-Posay Lipikar Xerand Hand Repair Cream

This is my first ever purchase of this hand repair cream so I have only been using it for a few days. The hand cream is easily absorbed into my skin and does not leave my hands with any sticky residue.My skin feels smoother and I am looking forward to using this cream regularly.

New Holy Grail

Like any dry handed gal I'm forever on the hunt for that one magical product. It's not quite magic, but it's definitely my new holy grail. It's curbed my usual winter scaly hands and kept them looking and feeling a bit more human.

The best hand cream

Being a hairdresser, my hands are always dry and cracked as My hands are mostly in water. I have tried numerous brands but none seemed to work until my mum bought this one for me. Absolutely life saver. It sinks easily without leaving my hands greasy and it also smells nice. I can see the effects straight after applying so i cannot recommend it enough. Its the product that cannot miss from my handbag all year round.

Very dissapointed

I assumed that since the Lipikar line says that it is fragrance free and even cares for babies, it should include all the products in the line. I was very surprised to have such a strong scent of purfume that I could not even wash it off. The more I tried the more smelly my hands got. My trust in La Roche - Posay is gone, I will have to research everything I buy before I buy. Most products from your company have fragrance added so I can't use!

Worth every penny

All in one hand protector; it has a mild scent that I am gravitating towards. Best hand cream ever bought, non-sticky, absorbs in no time, long lasting effect, very handy to carry in your bag, it has a pretty decent packaging. Love the fact it comes in a tube and not in a tub. Pocket friendly.
