This Toasted Sesame Seed Oil has over 5g of Omega-9 per serving and contains a balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. You absolutely need this oil to give your Asian food dishes that extra something. There are so many ways to use sesame oil. I use it my stir frys in a wok or make my own dumpling dipping sauce salad dressing. I aslo like to add a dash on a regular basis as a flavoring for broth with noodle. I just received this sesame oil. I asked for it to be shipped but it was delivered from my local Walmart. The reviews are true complaining about receiving this oil with a dent in the can. Mine arrived just like that! Why would someone deliver this to me dented? Last year, I ordered pancake mix and it came leaking from a visible hole in the box! Whoever puts these orders together should ask themselves would I buy that? If your answer is no, then don’t send it to a customer! Disappointed that now I have to go to the store to return it.

Great flavored oil. A tiny bit yields a lot of flavor. But every can in our Walmart store today was badly dented. So although no one wants to buy these dented cans the store will not order more because inventory shows they have several in stock! I have ordered online through Amazon, too, but that can was also dented. I am beginning to wonder if this company even issues intact cans.
La Tourangelle toasted sesame oil is non-GMO certified. The flavor is consistent. It's pure toasted sesame seed oil-- no blends. I use this oil as a garnish or a finishing oil when cooking. Toasted sesame seed oil is the one seed oil I still include in my diet, and La Tourangelle is the only brand I'll buy. I highly recommend this product.
I purchased this sesame for cooking and adding dressing for a salads. The quality is high. Ingredients are clean. Composition: includes 100% sesame. 100 % absorb. Size is medium. Package is metal. Highly recommend for using it for your healthy diet. Tastes amazing. Beneficial for your health.
This company is one of the best when it comes to wonderful oils.A tablespoon of this will enhance any Asian dish you might be making.I usually add it towards the end so that the heat doesn’t destroy any of the benefits from the oil.That said, I believe you can add it earlier with no detrimental effect.Keeping olive oil in a tin metal can is preferable to almost anything else in terms of preventing oxidation or contamination from light.The only thing I would suggest is buying it in the larger container, if they have it available, as this is a fairly small one and, unless you don’t use it often, you will go through it fairly quickly.
