I am really disappointed with the quality and fit of this garment. It shrunk in length by several inches when washed at 30 degrees and has not retained its shape. I have pulled
it when damp and it recovers some length but then when I wear it, it loses its shape at the hem line. I have had many Lacoste polos in the past and have been really happy
with their quality and how they wash and retain their shape. Would you kindly provide me with your response? I have return 2 unworn shirts but have 2 shirts in the order that
suffer from these defects. I look forward to hearing from you

My husband is 5'9", 200lbs. He wears a 16x34 dress shirt and size large in other shirts. He is a true size 7 Lacoste which translates to 2XL. Do not buy for vanity sizing - pay attention to the sizing chart and you'll be fine. He has the regular fit as well, but the slim fit is just that: slim. It fits nicely without being tucked in and can be thrown in the dryer after washing because it's the right size for him at 2XL aka size 7. These polos last years, I'm talking 5+ years without losing shape - they are worth the investment at full price, but even better when they are on sale. The only drawback to the slim fit is fewer color options at Macy's.

This is one of my favorite shirts. I used to have one long time ago but recently purchased 5 of them again. They are simply better than many rivals. The cut and fit are far better than many others.

I’ve always loved this product from Lacoste. Fits me perfectly. The only problem I have was that I ordered 3 quantities of this item. A navy, gray, and white. The navy and gray were perfect but the white was like already worn and had green stain spots on them. It was obviously an old prodcut that was returned. When I returned it to the store the staff even commented that it doesn't even look white. Lacoste is great as always but a bit disappointed that Macy's sent me an old item.

Classic polo from Lacoste. Comfortable and keeps its shape. Check the sizing before you order - sizing is slightly larger than expected. Slim fit good for athletic builds.

The Basic Slim Fit Polo Shirt in Navy left me feeling underwhelmed. While it served its purpose adequately as a basic wardrobe staple, I found it lacking in terms of quality and design. The fabric felt thin and cheap, and after just a few washes, it began to show signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the slim fit was not as flattering as I had hoped, and the color seemed to fade faster than expected. Overall, while it may suffice for casual wear, I wouldn't consider it a standout piece in my wardrobe.

Quality (if anything goes by my current 24 year old Lacoste polo - it has now reached "holy" status) and with a classic look. Size (FR) 5 fits well - i'm 6ft 2 and around 13.5 stone. Comfortable easy wear that's versatile so you'd be happy exercising or sat outside a cafe. Will be buying again as want a new colour to the collection.
