These lactase tablets are perfect to take along with you when eating out of home. The tablets are small and the container is quite discreet with a great dispensing/click function. We keep a pack at the dining table at home and another in the car/handbag for when going out. They are compact enough to fit in a jeans/pants pocket as well.

Experimented with different brands of lactase before finding this little winner. It is superior for the reasons: Tiny & portable. No flavour added (Lacteze is mint or vanilla YUCK). Does have dextrose (sugars!) added as a bulking agents.
These tablet enable me to eat and drink anything with lactose in it, which I am intolerant to. If I don't have a Lacto-free tablet I get severe diarrhea which is the result of my intolerance.
