Very good alternative to sugar and other unhealthy sweeteners. Add some to any beverage to make it sweeter. I use it mostly for baking. I find that for best taste, less calories and no aftertaste alternative sweeteners like Monk Fruit, Erythritol, Xylitol, Stevia, Allulose (maybe a bit of Maple syrup and honey) are best used together. It is mostly Erythritol with a bit of Monk fruit. I use this powdered version to make keto buttercream frosting for cakes, using only 3 ingredients: this sweetener, Kerrygold butter and 2-3 tbsp. of organic heavy cream. Combine them slowly with a mixer, as if you were making whipped cream from scratch.

This is the first keto sugar I used ever since I forced my mum to start the keto diet XD We started buy using it in her cold coffee, the taste is great and it doesn't hurt the tongue at all, unlike other sweetners we've tried. The only downside is that it takes a bit of effort to completely dissolve the sugar. So make sure that you stir vigorously before the boiling water cools off.I also used it in making shredded coconut desert, chocolate pudding, and even in condensed milk. The taste is marvelous but the sugar usually recrystallizes when cooled. I noticed that especially when I made the pudding and left it in the fridge the following day.But if you didn't want to have your desert recipes with granulated sugar, you can always grind the sugar into fine powder. ... Boy was I fooled. Firstly it may weigh 8.9 oz, but there are only 29 - 2 tsp servings, the package is much smaller than the other 2 sweeteners. By volume this product barely makes a cup, while the others measure several cups. I do understand that the others weigh less per cup. But being as all of them including Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener are supposed to measure 1 to 1 like sugar you don't get much of the monkfruit sweetner I certainly wouldn't want to bake with it, you would have hugely expensive baked ...
