In 1980 Lamy surprised with the introduction of the Lamy Safari. Initially intended as a "school pen", this model spontaneously grew into a pen for young and old. The Safari is characterized by the ergonomically designed grip, the characteristic steel bracket clip and ink window (near the fountain pen). Holder and cap are made of robust plastic and available in attractive, modern colors. New for 2020 is the Lamy Safari "Candy", just like last year, no fewer than three special edition colors presented in the Safari range; Aquamarine, Mango and Violet. An important difference compared to last year's glossy finished edition is that this "Candy" series has a matte appearance. Furthermore, all the fittings, the rings and the clips have the same color as the base material of the pen. The Candy collection is available as a fountain pen, ballpoint pen and roller, these editions will only be available for a limited time.
