Very disappointed the the eye cream doesn’t have the eye pads that came with it. I loved this product when it came with the pads.

I've tried Absolute products by Lancôme before but not this eye cream as it is costly, but given that the eye area is very sensitive and needs special care I decided to give this product a go. It is lovely and keeps the eye area hydrated throughout the night. Worth a try girls.

In fact, Absolue l'Extrait is the best product of Lancome, if you really want to see the difference to how you look. It is expensive .However, quality and result wise it is worth it. I am quite surprised that the previous referee had such bad experience. I cannot believe it and feel bery sorry
I have very sensitive skin and I have been using the cream without any problems. My eye looks younger than my real age and the skin feel good. Works great for the eye areas.
This is my new fave! it is creamy and is quickly absorbed, so you can move on to your make-up routine.
I agree with the only other reviewer listed so far. My product also did not come with the applicators shown in the listing. Which was disappointing. The cream is nice and light, and does not cause my skin to react like some other products but I can’t say I have seen the hoped for improvement. Ok but once it is gone I will likely just switch back to my previous, much less expensive, eye cream.

I opened the package this morning and be ready to start a new journey with Absolue L'Extrait Elixir Eye Treatment, however, it didn't contains massage applicators as it showed in the product pictures. As a product cost $310, my experience with this product is DISAPPOINTED. Of course I contacted Customer services, they need "higher department" to investigate this issue. Not recommended. Unless you are expecting to have a luxury skincare treatment but come up with a fraud.
