Thank you for making this a bit more affordable. As a pensioner it gets harder to try & keep up with the skin care we are accustomed to & my skin needs. This product feeds my incredibly dry skin & softens lines around my mouth like nothing else will do. I am 78 yrs. & have absolutely no crow's feet, & use it on my upper eye lid & my lid is still firm. I persevered for a couple of days and my eyes became very irritated and my skin felt dry. I tried the remnants of the old tube and everything went back to normal. This is very disappointing and I would like to know if and why the formula has been changed.

This product got me through all my skiing years in Aspen. I was getting it from France 15 years before Lancome was imported to the USA. I am now 74; have virtually always lived in arid climates for health/sinus reasons; so I've had to take care with my skin's moisture. To use (since no one tell you how to unless you are at a counter these days): Put a 10mm pearl size amount on one one of your two middle fingers and then emulsify by rubbing it with the other hands' two well padded fingertips. Then tippy-tap the product ALL over your face and neck. It is a PROTECTANT. At my age, I now use it both day and night as my very top coat. TO YOUR SUCCESS!

I am so glad that Lancome brought back this cream! It is the best and the only one I ever use! I have to buy 4 or 5 at once in fear that they are going to discontinue it again. Thats how much i love it.My grandmother introduced me to this cream many years ago when I was young and asked her how she stayed looking so youthful. She bought me my first tube and kept me in supply until her death and then Lancome discontinued it and I went into withdrawal. Nothing could compare! Now each day when I use the cream, I smell it and remember my grandmother with such fond memories. Thank you Lancome!

On 3/8/21 ~~I received my order from Walmart.com for "Nutrix" by Lancome in the 4.2 OZ (white tube). The packaging reads: Nutrix Nourishing and Soothing Rich Cream for dry, sensitive or uncomfortable skin. The ingredients is NOT the same as I bought before (during the past decades) from major high end department stores. This product has more WATER ADDED TO IT. The following ingredients were also added: Dimethicone, Glycerin, Shea Butter, Honey, Jojoba Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Rosa Canina Flower Extract , Citric Acid. Salicylic Acid , Sweet Almond Oil , Zea Mays Germ Oil/Corn Oil, Palm Oil ect..., ect..., ect... This is a TOTALLY DIFFERENT NUTRIX FORMULA, with new ingredients added and unfortunately some ingredients were eliminated! I am very disappointed. It is NOT ... It was an excellent TREATMENT which did NOT burn sensitive skin and it did NOT clog pores. I thought I was purchasing the original 1930's Lancome Nutrix formula~ as I always did before in the 1.9 oz white tube . Be NOT fooled. This is NOT the same Lancome Nutrix original formula from the 1930's, which could be purchased 1-1/2 years ago in major department stores in the USA. I have not opened this new Lancome Nutix package/formula yet. I have not tried this new formula on my very sensitive face/skin. I will let you know in the future if this new Lancome Nutrix formula burns my hyper-sensitive skin. I wanted the original Nutrix formula with Lanolin, Cholesterol and Mineral Oil (in the ingredients). They have changed the formula and they are advertising this as a "Repairing Treatment Rich Face Cream", on Walmart.com. My new Lancome Nutrix packaging states: This new formula is ONLY a Nourishing and Soothing Rich Cream. It states nothing on the new packaging as being a "Soothing Treatment Cream" ~~as the original Lancome Nutrix stated on the original formula packaging box 1-1/2 years ago (from high end department stores). Let me repeat: DO NOT BE FOOLED, because this is NOT the original Lancome Nutrix Soothing Treatment Cream with Lanolin, Cholesterol and Mineral OIL. This is a bigger 4.2 oz. tube, watered down with multiple new ingredients added. I hope the new Lancome Nutrix formula performs as well. Time will tell, if this new formula burns hyper-sensitive skin types.

Nutrix is my number 1 skin care product and has been for 40 years. I use it on my face, eyes, hands, feet, anywhere my skin is dry. I work with horses, so my hands take a lot of abuse, sometimes they're so dry they hurt. I put Nutrix on at night and the next morning my hands are smooth and soft again. It does go on thick so it takes a few minutes to absorb, but so well worth the fabulous result. Please never discontinue Nutrix again, in my opinion it's the best skin care product of all brands on the market. Excellent for sensitive and very dry skin. I will continue to stock up on it, right now I have 4 of them. I love Nordstrom and the generous GWP I get with each order. I have been using this product for years, I opened a new tube and noticed different colour and used some. It did not have the same result, my skin felt dry and RED, It irritated MY cheek, but my eyes felt sore. This new version of Nutrix is nowhere near as moisturising as the old classic version. I have used this cream for a long time, I have to say I’m very disappointed by this new formula. Hopefully Lancôme will go back to producing the original formula?
