I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Why didn’t I know about this sooner? This formula is amazing! Removes even the toughest eye makeup, including shimmers and glitter. A little gets the job done so don’t over do it. I place a dime size on a cotton round and it generally takes 2-3 wipes to get all the makeup off. I definitely recommend this. It also comes in a travel size so you take it with you for trips. Gonna be a repeat buy for me

I’ve been using this makeup remover for years! It is very gentle and easily gets off my eye makeup without irritation. I love the Lancôme brand and this product is no different. The liquid also lasts a long time, you don’t need very much. I would highly recommend this makeup remover for sensitive skin! I recently started using fake lashes and can’t use makeup remover with oil in it (sadly this) so I have recently had to switch to an oil free makeup remover, I now use ceraphil.

I have oily skin and all my eye products are like waterproof and smudge-proof products. And I'm the one who needs all my eye makeup at work, so eye products are usually harder to remove. I got this bottle of makeup remover as a gift with purchase of other Lancôme products and it works better than I could have imagined. No matter how strong the mascara or eyeliner is, it removes them all. After 5 seconds of rubbing with a cotton pad dampened with the makeup remover, the makeup on my eyes and lips was basically gone (not to mention that the lipstick is matte and not so easy to remove). The key is that it's very refreshing and doesn't smudge my eyes.

Cooling and softening toner for my face

I have been using Tonique Douceur for 46 years. I absolutely love it and hope they never discontinue it. I use it after cleansing my face and before putting my serums and moisturizer on. I love the way it smells. It has a very light, almost rose water fragrance. Makes my face feel cool and soft. I am never without it.

I really love this Lancome Toner! It indeed works as its namesake ' Sweet Tonic'! This is because:(1) 1st impressions: It comes in a unique blue colour liquid, it has a small opening on its lid, making it easy to pour out, non-messy & value for money ( you just use what you need!).(2) Smell / texture: It has a light, floral & citrus smell. The texture is watery, slightly oily & absorbs instantly. It is concentrated, only 2 -3 drops on the cotton pad is enough for my whole face.(3) Effects on face: It has a cooling sensation & absorbs easily when I use it on my face. It did not irritate & did not cause any breakouts on my combination, sensitive skin. My face is hydrated & soft after using it. Lancôme Tonique Douceur

After cleansing my skin morning and night I have been using Lancômes Tonique Douceur to tone my skin. I apply a small amount to a cotton round and gentle swipe it over my face. The toner is lightweight and instantly absorbs into my skin leaving no residue. The scent is light and fresh, very pleasant and doesn’t linger. My face feels instantly refreshed, soft and prepped ready for application of my serum,cream, spf, tinted moisturiser or foundation. This would be one of the best toners I have used is a long time not only does it help to clean and refine the skin but it hydrated too bring alcohol free is fantastic so won’t dry out anyones skin. I would recommend it to those with normal to combination skin like mine.

this toner is light, fresh and smooth after using. It doesn’t cause any stingness on skin. I had tried some other brand of toner, its either stings (felt like there is strong alcohol content) or its sticky. It helps to absorb the genifique serum better too. Love the promo on sephora. I always grab when there is sales. This big bottle can last me 9-12mths
