505 Attrape Coeur which is a stunning warm-toned red that is so flattering on my neutral light/medium skin tone, and it stays vibrant and pigmented. The formula is matte but
goes on smoothly and never smudges. It doesn’t crease or start crackling in fine lines like a lot of other matte lipsticks do. Overall, it’s a gorgeous lipstick and because the

fan of perfume scents right under your nose, skip this. It's a nice lippie, honestly. Would I repurchase? No, I have much nicer lipsticks from a lower price category and much,
much nicer ones from this same price range. Lancôme feels like a rather tired brand these days. They still test on animals, not vegan, not a clean, eco-conscious brand and

This product… it was love at first sight! Sadly Lancôme doesn’t sell this in the US so I had to buy it from Selfridges and pay 30 in shipping but it was so worth it! The packaging alone is to die for. This special valentines limited edition lipstick is almost too beautiful to use! The shade is Love Bluff 912 and it comes in one other shade that’s more so a classic blue toned red but I’m obsessed. I love a good limited edition collectors item and everything about this screamed that I needed it and feeling it and seeing it in person makes the price tag worth it for me. I plan to get the second color now that I know how luxe the product is in person. I bought it online and didn’t know this lipstick’s package was a surprise. The cap was not pulled out like any other regular lipstick package design, but it would pop up with a push on golden rose logo on the cap. The package is beautiful and classy. The lipstick color is very beautiful too. The bright creamy red looks very fancy. It’s not too glossy or too matte, and not dry out lips either. The smell is delicious.... Show more

Mmmmm this smells so good! Like Givenchy or Guerlain powder foundation! Similar to Chanel’s powder foundation but not as sweet and strong. Chanel’s makes me sick. Anyway back to this lickystick! I got Purple Fascination because hello! It has the word Fascination in it, and everyone knows that’s my fave. The packaging is actually really neat. You press the bottom to unlatch it and then you can pull the top off. No more lids falling off if you drop it. The one I got was a little wobbly so I have to be gentle when applying it which really sucks when it comes to mattes. And of course, what do you know, but this is an actual true matte so it’s tough to apply. I’ve found too many claim to be matte and they are not. This is as matte as most come. I discovered this lipstick recently. Lancôme Rose Nu is a nice subtle shade of pink, the lipstick has a soft creamy texture which glides on easily. There is a sheen without being too glossy and it has pretty good staying power. It has an attractive case which clicks open.My new favourite!... Show more

Lancome 355 Champagne Lipstick Change

I have worn Lancome's 355 Champagne lipstick for 20 plus years. Lancome recently replaced the formula and labeled it as 355 Rose Cocktail. It is definitely not the same color. Dillard's advertised Champagne and I ordered it online, received the lipstick with the label 355 Rosy Sparkling and I'm like, what is what. So now there are two different 355 - Rose Cocktail and Rosy Sparkling. To me the Rosy Sparkling is more like the original Champagne. Champagne was a popular color so why change something if it's not broken. I hope Dillard's will continue to stock 355 Rosy Sparkling which I will continue to purchase.FYI - I did call Lancome directly and spoke with a Customer Representative stating my opinion which they said they take into consideration. Before I comment on the lipstick, I want to say I 100% agree with the reviewer that asks for 047 Rouge Rayonnant to be brought back. I too found it the most beautiful colour, agree that there is nothing like it out there. I had worn it for years, and seen packaging and textures change, but never stopped loving the colour. Come on Lancome, you have so many colours that are similar to each other, surely you could lose one of those, and bring 047 back. Other than the colour issue, the new lipstick is nice, although I find it slightly thick and heavy, but that is probably just me. As for the lipstick case where you press one end and it opens, sorry to say it is not innovative and has been done before (Chanel have had it on their rouge allure lipsticks for years), ... Most long lasting lipstick I’ve ever used!!

I wanted a shade I can wear for day and night for holidays abroad, that’s not too pale. As some pinks look chalky when I get a tan. This should be perfect!! Tried orange shade in store before and it lasted all day only faded slightly after 7 hours!! I didn’t like it against my skin but this shade will suit my cool skin tone better. It does feel a bit drying after several hours, but by then it will need retouching up. Might try with touch of clear gloss on bottom lip.... Show more
