Works great. Take it out of the box, charge it up, download the app, choose your subscription. Simple and easy. I like how the app tells me the battery level of the tracker. Also the Fence feature is great and does alert you when your vehicle leaves the area. Subscriptions are fairly priced. The one I chose is basically the cost of one $6 Starbucks coffee a week. A small price to pay for peace of mind.

Excellent APP and GPS receiver system. The GPS is accurate within a couple of feet and the APP is super easy to use and see location , set a fence if the vehicle leaves a specific location and see the complete path of travel for any given day. Shows the address where the vehicle is positioned. Wow! It really is exactly what I was looking for and works great for my application. Nice Job!

I never actually used the tracker. I decided I didn’t want/need it but I was JUST outside the return window. Was offered 50% restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping and insurance back to them. Out of my $87 purchase I maybe would have got back $20?? I should have read the fine print but it would have been really nice if they helped me out more and worked with me. I told her my package was unopened/unused but she said a lot of people say that and lie about it. It’s ok though. Lesson learned. Just make sure you ABSOLUTELY don’t want to return it or do so within 10 days of receiving it. And then still expect a 25% restocking fee and no free returns. So my review isn’t because of the product. It’s just the return process that stinks.

I am still learning how to use all the available functionality. It was easy to get up and running and easy to use. All the functionality available on the SilverCloud Cell App is not available on my Laptop when signing in to SilverCloud. Functionality such as: Sharespot, Fence, History, Lights, and Energy Saver. Perhaps I have not found it! So far, I am happy with my purchase!

Strong magnet and the battery charge usually lasts for about one week. There are several monthly service plans to choose from; 1-3 min tracking updates, and even 3-30 second updates ($49.95/month). I chose the 3 min plan and it costs $19.95/month which is the cheapest. The app offers a "fence" option that will alert you when the GPS device has moved out of the fenced area. It also offers an option to turn off/on the beacon lights. Super easy to activate. If you buy multiple devices, you can track them all in the Device screen and customize the device colors and names.
