A must have for everyone! ( 2 year review)

I have been using this for almost two years. I started with the mini while on vacation and am now on the jumbo size. I have yet to see much talk about it online, so I had to make a review. First, I love that you can buy a refill and get it with a mist or a pump. I like that I don't have to rebuy the product and the packaging, just the refill ( and it's 5 dollars cheaper). The mist/pump gives you two different ways to use the product. This toner is for everyone, but I have seen some reviews that it has broken people out. That did not happen to me! My skin is combination but is more on the oily side. So, at first, I was unsure if this was for me. After trying the mini, it was amazing! It is true to the description that it is a milky toner. You will have a perfect makeup base if you use it with a light moisturizer and sunscreen ( and primer). It does not pill with any moisturizer or sunscreen, which I have used from Sephora or the drugstore. If I could give it 10 out of 10, I would! Next time you're shopping, try out a mini!

Fantastic 2 in 1 product

Gifted by Laneige Europe . It is an amazing product that I think everyone should have as instead of using two products it’s 2 in 1 and saves some time on your daily skincare routine. I was a bit sceptical at first as I thought how can you have a toner and moisturise 2 in 1 product as I always use a toner and separate moisturiser for as long as I can remember. After 2 weeks of usage I guess I was wrong to judge about whether this new product actually works when I first saw it. It’s very lightweight where the texture is more like a toner but once you patted on your skin, you can feel it instantly absorbs into the skin. If you are into k beauty then I would highly recommend this for you and what’s more you can save a bit of money for buying one combined product instead of two different beauty products.

I rarely love a product this much.

This toner is light but surprisingly hydrating, and leaves a beautiful subtle glow to the skin. I have very dry skin and although this toner feels very light, adds an additional layer of moisture that gives me that glass skin effect after I’ve applied serum and moisturiser. The reformulation is a disaster

Oh Laneige, why did you discontinued to old version for this one? :( First off, the good points: I like to apply this toner, especially during the winter, on my sensitive, acne-prone skin. It is lightweight, yet offerts comfort and helps to rebuild a damaged skin barrier. It can double as a moisturizer (perfect for humid summer days). BUT I preferred the old, cult, classic version: it was way more simple. This means that my skin had fewer ingredients to react to. The product is now very tall (doesn’t fit in drawers), bulky (lacks elegance and not ideal for grip), aesthetically unpleasing, pollutes, and the new jumbo lid brings nothing to the table when it comes to refill the product: it is sooo unnecessary. I’m not sure but I also noticed that the new formula is more milky than creamy (in comparison to the old formula). Reformulating was such a bad choice and I miss the old formula. I miss the immediate soothing and comfort the toner used to bring me, it was so thick: now my skin kinda burns when I apply it, not gonna lie. I might as well give the new Ilia toner a go.

I am someone who always likes to use essences/toners in my skincare routine to prep and hydrate my skin. This essence from Laneige is beautiful! I've been really loving it, especially in the colder, drier weather. It's got a lightweight, milky texture (slightly thicker than the Peach and Lily essence, much thinner than the Monday Born source essence). It's very hydrating and feels silky smooth on the skin. I've found that one layer is perfect for daytime use in the winter (as someone with normal skin), but sometimes at night I'll go in with 2 layers to really restore some of that hydration. Along with loving the formula, I also really enjoy the component and the pump. glad I tried but not my favourite

I've been very curious about Laneige skin care for a while so I decided to buy a mini set. I appreciate the milk-like consistency of this toner. It is beautiful and a little goes a long way. It pats nicely into the skin and gave me a beautiful glow. Here's my gripe and why I will not be buying the full size version of this or the water bank moisturizer. If I'm going to spend decent money on skincare I want to have a spa-like experience. I want products to have a luxurious consistency, I want to have an instant glow and I want to enjoy the scent I'm applying. This product hit 2/3 requirements, however it smelt like straw. It's not an overly strong smell but when you're applying products to your face smell matters!
