I’m very surprised at how much is loving this gel moisturizer! I have combo skin and with the weather changing, this product ended up doing a great job at moisturizing enough for both days and also being used as a night cream. It sinks in well and doesn’t leave a heavy tacky feeling that’s noticeable. The only gripe I have is with the design of the jar. I noticed that it twist to open, but doesn’t twist all the way off. It twists about halfway and then you have to pull up on lid to completely remove it. I struggle every now and then, because I forget it doesn’t twist all the way off, which is different from other products, but does take an extra few seconds to remove. Amazing

I received this product free from Laneige in return for my honest review. I loved the soft fragrant smell of this moisturizer it isn’t overpowering and it’s super refreshing. I love that this moisturizer has little beads in it that are super gentle and make the texture that much better. This gel moisturizer was amazing for my oily resilient skin. This didn’t irritate me and left my skin super soft and glowing. This will now always be found on my skincare rack and a staple in my daily routine. In love.

Gel texture

I received this product complimentary from Laneige in exchange for my honest review. Love the packaging. Looks and feel luxurious. It comes with a little spatchula to keep the product hygienic. Lightweight texture with a nice light scent. The texture has little molecular that melts as I blend it on my skin. Gave me a little sticky finish even after it dried. This would work well under makeup. Dermatologically Tested and Hypoallergenic.

Good! -even if it’s not for me

This is on me, because my skin has gotten drier since I’ve entered my 40’s, and I should have opted for a cream moisturizer over a gel. But it just didn’t cut it. It feels nice, has a light, clean scent, and isn’t greasy. But I never got that drenched in moisture feeling my skin has come to crave in the last couple of years. So if you have normal to oily skin, you’ll probably really like this. If and when I’m going to do a gel- which is what I prefer in the Summer months- I think I’ll go back to Belief Aqua Bomb. Similar, but lasts a lot longer.

I've used several different water gels, and this is definitely one of the more hydrating. I like that the gel is slightly thicker than most and can be built up on my dryer areas, although a little does go a long way.My main issue with this product is that it's quite sticky and leaves a residue that remains on my skin for at least an hour after applying. I'd compare the texture to aloe vera gel. Despite the stickiness, it layers well with other products, and I haven't had problems with it pilling.
