This amp is loud enough for home practise. I haven't tried it in jamming but I am not too hopeful it will be loud enough against drums. The clean channel is plain and sonically characterless. It does not colour anything. Therefore if you use good guitar it is going to sound like an expensive amp and vice versa. I use this with a Squier deluxe telecaster and it sounds great. This amp is kick and abuse proof. I dropped it from stair it survived, it dropped from my table, again it survived. The grill and the rubber act like amour plate. How ever the weakness I found is absence of a back cover where the speaker is protection less.

Its a great innovation to compact its size. Now it can be carried around. I love the output of the amp. The clean channel is very good, soothing to ears. I have liked the overdrive channel as well, however it has that crunchy sound which I don't prefer much, but for the price it is a great gear to have. I love the fact that it has a separate slot for aux. cables and headphones,that helps a lot while u jam. So overall, a great product by Laney. If the budget is low, or u are searching for an amp. to begin your playing with, this is absolutely the product you want to have.

A basic amp, has plenty of oomph. I like the headphone and sound in option so you play along with music on the headphones. The family appreciate as well.
I was looking for a small basic amplifier for a reasonable price. This Laney amp is perfect.it had a loud rich sound for such a small size. It is light weight and is nice looking. Youll love it.
Dear Teamwith the subject i had also previously marked the mail to you but there was no revert. On receiving the packet when i opened it , i found there is lot of noise when guitar is connected, later i discovered there is some object that is stucking against the walls of amplifier. On opening the panel i discover that the screws of the speaker were not tightened and the speaker was dwindling here and there.
Its perfect for practicing at home. The high mids and lows are well balanced.The distortion is not that good but does the work. Steal for the price.If you are planning to jam with your band. Its a big no.
