Lanolin is a totally natural emollient which has a lipid (oil) profile very similar to sebum (skin oil), and therefore contributes moisture to the stratum cornuem (outer layer of the skin). Lanolin adds to the natural protective mantel of the skin to prevent moisture loss. The Night Cream has a higher concentrate, intended for a heavier, more prolonged absorption into the skin overnight, whilst your rest. Sunflower oil is a natural and healthy way of maintaining a great skin, thanks to its calming and emollient (moisturizing) properties.It has been found to be effective against acne, eczema, inflammation, general redness and irritation of the skin. Sunflower oil is also extremely high in Vitamin E in comparison to other skincare products like almond oil or shea butter and is also rich in vitamins A, C and D.
