Had to replace my old toaster as it was throwing my toast around the kitchen. This toaster is perfect. Simply perfect and matches my decor.

Amazing, everyone loves it and importantly the toast is great. Also has a warming rack for buns and pastry's too. Value for money.

As with the matching kettle I purchased, I love the design but more importantly, it works really well and is quite a compact size, yet with good sized slots for muffins and crumpets or thicker bread. I recommend this product.

More than just good looks. Great performance too! I particularly like the way it doesn't compress the bread so the toast is not dried out but fluffy. Love it.

I purchased this for my mum for her birthday and had it sent to tweed heads. Beautiful toaster and it marches the lovely kettle I bought her. It has a toast warmer which she is well impressed by! Brilliant delivery. Quick and easy and delivered to her apartment door. Totally would recommend the toaster and temple and Webster!

I love the product, HOWEVER NOT WHAT I WAS SENT- it has numerous flaws, i.e multiple scratches; dents, etc…. I raised the complaint from day one (within 24 hours of having collected from the post office) and supplied a number of images to demonstrate the faults (weeks ago), however disappointingly, I’m not getting anywhere. I am still left with both the toaster (and a kettle of the same brand and aesthetic appearance) that are BOTH completely unacceptable. I’m still waiting on a replacement for these items, or at minimum, some kind of offer of resolve so that this matter can be sorted appropriately. I simply cannot understand why they would even send items of such substandard quality- it’s like these items have been through the wringer- whether they’ve been used and/or returned from other customers, or just “leftovers” sitting on the floor of the warehouse or whatever, I don’t know, but both the toaster and kettle are in such bad shape that it’s simply unconscionable that they could even think that it would be okay to send in such condition. Both items arrived fully packaged up and did not have any apparent damage to their outer packaging (thus cannot even attribute these issues to perhaps poor/careless handling during transit), and so clearly it was sent from the seller in this condition, which truly is appalling. Was very much looking forward to receiving this gorgeous toaster and matching kettle as well. Not to mention, they weren’t cheap either, I paid good money for them. They’re still sitting in their boxes/packaging waiting for some kind of resolve all the while I’m left with no kettle or toaster as I discarded my old ones when I moved house recently with the understanding that I would be receiving these two as a replacement in a short period of time. Not happy. Terrible service.

Beautiful toaster

Love looking at this floral toaster, and my old one needed replacing. Hope this one lasts forever because it’s beautiful.

Happy with the product

Looks pretty, functions well, but slow in comparison to some other toasters, which is not a problem for us. The temperature dial and toast up/down lever are flimsy components. Overall happy with the product after the first month.

The Toaster with the Most-er

I was a sucker for the design at first but then after purchasing it and utilising the product nothing but good times. Simple to use, just 3 buttons-reheat, cancel and a simple dial. Brings the standard of what a good toaster is.
