I bought the Laurastar Lift as a portable steamer prior to my daughter's wedding. I already have a Laurastar at home, now about 10 years old, which I love. The Lift is easy to use and was fabulous for the wedding suits and dresses. Post the wedding, Ive used it to steam the creases from linen tablecloths and to steam clothes directly from the wardrobe before wearing. The amount and pressure of steam far exceeds any of the portable steamers I' ve used before and it does a much better

I've loved Laurastar as well as their customer service for a long time. Makes ironing clothes a pleasure and a breeze. This is my second. I learned of them while working at a tv station, as we had one there for maintaining celebrities' outfits.The only thing I would complain about would be the maintenance instructions of the unit, that I was given. It makes it sound like I should be slave to it, rather than the unit serving me as a time saving / effort saving device. The emptying of the tank is a slightly clunky kind of process, too. But these are very small criticisms in light of how much I love it and couldn't be without it.

So grateful to have my Laurastar back, it increases efficiency and quality of ironing and I can iron my silk, dry clean only outfits and feel polished in our clothing for the whole household. I love it cuts down the ironing time.

The iron replaced a commercial steam system that was powerful but it’s size inconvenient. The Laura Star is a very effective iron and just as efficient as my older power horse. The Laura Star Lift is easy to use, light to manoeuvre and compact to store. Most important of all the result across all clothing is fantastic. Thoroughly recommended.

Although the price is much higher than other products on the market, when you divide the price by the 10 years that the iron will last (maybe longer), it makes for a very reasonable purchase. Plus, you spend 10 years using a far superior product. The Laurastar has lived up to my expectations. It is very easy to use and maintain. In fact, the rocket-like steam jets make ironing a dream (Note: I usually hate ironing). My ironing is completed in half the time and to a much higher quality than any other iron out on the market. I bought my first laurastar a very long time ago, I am a dressmaker and costumer and used my old laurastar for steaming bridal, refreshing suits (even used it on my mattress's) and for steaming wigs for theatre. My new lift has been no dissapointment do far. It's still the same beautiful strong steam. I love being able to continuously steam and press and noticed how much laurastar increases my productivity. If you work with fabric you need this iron, I prefer the lift so I can take it on-site.
This is a great product! I’ve recently had to return three high-end, top-of-the-line steam generator stations (not Laurastar) due to their performance. I wanted a reliable steam station that works well. I got that with Laurastar! I’ve used only steam stations for the past 7 years and Laurastar is by for the best I’ve used. The steam is strong and constant and all components are of high quality. I mostly only ever vertical steam so I would say the one minor con is that the iron itself seems slightly heavier than others I’ve used. However, the pros far outweigh this. This is a quality product that is far superior than the competitors and the performance is unrivalled.I highly recommend this product.
This new model is great, user friendly and easy to use.Quick heating and ability to refill the water tank while ironing. Now I can complete my ironing without having to stop and wait for it to cool down before being able to open and refill.Much improved and I just love it.I also got a $250 tradein for my old Laurastar
I had a G1 from a decade ago that was brilliant, so it seemed reasonable to replace it with another Laurastar given the durability and longevity. The Lift is definitely an improved version and is even easier to use and manage. Excellent on all fabrics and doesn't leak. My clothes and suits always look immaculate, and it saves me so much time and money. One of my best purchases that I expect to have for years to come.
My Laura star is worlds above other irons, I bought another brand and used it once , ill not make that mistake again. This Iron is far supreme than other brands. Ease of use, product function and form I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
