Have been buying Qualita Rossa for a few years for A Modo Mio (AEG) machine. Great coffee and always worked fine in the machine. Now in 2020 we have the new Eco Pods. They get stuck in the machine and need to be extracted with a fork. And the coffee is horrible - really nasty chemical after-taste. Unless I can find some stock of the old style pods the machine will be going to landfill. So whilst the intentions may have been honourable, the outcome is the opposite of eco-friendly. Very disappointing- do your research before launching a product that is simply not fit for purpose.

Just used a Rossa Mio Eco pod for the 1st time; oh dear!. Been drinking Lavazza coffee since the 1960`s and moved over to pods last year using the standard pod and with a bit of modding found them really good. But now the flavour has gone from the pods I`ll ditch the pod machine and go back to my (stored) ground coffee machine. Shame!

Rich smooth tasting coffee that’s satisfying and had no bitterness to it great as a shot or long drink latte
This made a good strong cup of coffee. Nice aroma and a good flavour too. Ideal start to the day especially when bought on offer. Win win.
Excellent idea, contains superb coffee in an eco package. Some reviews comment on the pod getting stuck sometimes in the machine - all you need to do is push it down gently and the pod is released into the container below allowing free access to use another. Not really a problem for gaining eco package - good coffee and good for the environment - what's not to love!
never tried Rossa coffee before and I am so glad I did. Great rich tasting coffee with a subtle chocolate taste.. caps are easy to use and I will buy this again.

I am a long time Lavazza fan, but the new eco pods get stuck in the machine, needing a good thump from something like a wooden spoon handle, which is not good. While the eco composition is of merit, the quality is not working as well. Awaiting further response from Lavazza. Also not available in the full taste range - very disappointing.
I am also a long time Lavazza coffee devotee, my favourite being Passionale, but I tried the Rossa Eco pods and agree with others that they do get jammed in the machine. The first one I tried was OK and I had a second cup, this one jammed and I needed a knife to remove it. Message to Lavazza, Please get this issue sorted, the coffee is delicious but you may push people away in frustration.
