Vacuumed packed decaffeinated grounded coffee from Lavazza not just smells lovely on opening the pack, but also makes a great cup of brewed coffee. It feels like it stays fresher for longer due to the packaging, but it's hard to know for sure, as we consume quite a bit of coffee.

Lavazza make perfectly fine coffee, nothing too outlandish or exciting but a pretty safe bet. This decaf seems a little blander than the caffeinated type, but it's ok.

Great tasting decaf coffee. I use in a cafetiere in work as it's much nicer than instant coffee. Decaffeinated is great as I do drink a lot of coffee so a few cups of decaf is perfect. Nice medium, smooth flavour & you don't notice any loss of flavour being decaffeinated.
I haven't been able to drink caffeine for more than 20 years and, until I found this some years ago, I really didn't enjoy my coffee. Now I don't know what I'd do without this. It was a marvelous find: I suspect that anyone in a "blind tasting" wouldn't be able to identify this as decaff coffee. I make it using a simple Melitta cone/filter combo over a mug with about 4 heaped teaspoons. Out comes dark, "strong", "real" coffee which, towards the end, if milk has been added, has a deep caramelly taste... Perhaps the reviewer who is using it in a coffee machine has to use too much water for the machine to work (and thus the taste is diluted, as it would be with normal coffee)?
I love this brand of coffee and the opportunity to have a decaffeinated version is great. The coffee is full flavoured and makes a great latte. I think I will mix it with the caffeinated version in the future to have a great tasting half-caff version. I saved money when I bought it but it's going to be bought at full price too as its well worth it.
Lavazza is my absolute favourote coffee, so i was overjoyed to find a decaff version! The same beautiful coffee smell, great taste and distinctive quality. Bought at great price too!
I've tried a few different Lavazza coffees and really like them so was looking forward to trying the decaf but I found it really unpleasant tasting. I've tried it in a cafetiere and an espresso machine, with or without milk but just really dislike it however I had it.
This was an alternative to the own brand ground coffee I usually buy. I have tried it in a French press, drip filter and percolator with similar success. Just the right strength for me and I have drank it every day for a week.
