I do a lot of online grocery ordering for work and occasionally that means that the store will accidentally send me some thing that wasn’t part of my order and I received a bag of these chips that I had never tried and the store did not want them back so I thought OK why not? I’m gonna try them. I did not have High Hopes. I thought they sounded absolutely terrible. Come to find out. I’ll love them. They start with your traditional salty lays original potato chip flavor and after if you choose all the sudden it has a very tangy lime bite to it that is so addicting super fresh for summer. These are definitely some thing that I do not even want to share with my children when I buy them.

Can eat 2 bags in one setting

I was extremely devastated when they removed the original flamin hot and replaced it with the disgusting cheese version. I ended up finding the original version at a random liquor store and even though they were a few months expired I took every last bag.At first I figured it would be better for me since this was the only chip flavor I would ever eat so after they discontinued it, I completely stopped buying chips. One day, I saw them back on the shelves and I couldn’t be more excited I bought 3 bags. Now they’re once again sold out everywhere and I haven’t seen them in months. Please please don’t ever discontinue this flavor again. That was such a horrible and disappointing decision from your board. I’m glad they saw the petitions and brought it back.

I have loved these chips ever since I was a little girl. I am definitely a salty chip person and love hot foods, and anytime I see them at the store I get them. I 100% prefer the old recipe though. I have been buying this flavor of chips since they first came out. I used to love them. However, they suddenly disappeared from the shelves at the market where I usually find them. Recently, they showed up again. I was so excited - until I tasted them. The chile limon flavor is still there, but the chips, themselves, are almost paper thin. They're more like a wafer-thin crisp instead of a chip. It feels like you're eating air; in fact, each wafer has big air bubbles that make the wafer fall apart really easily before you can even get it to your mouth. Not pleasant at all, in my opinion. Went from Best Chip Ever to Not Worth It.

When the Flamin Hot chip came out I finally found the perfect chip. It was both spicy and cheesey and I have never tasted a chip so wonderful before. Then they disappeared off the market. When they came back they lost the cheese flavor. You already had a spicy hot chip so why disgrace the Flamin Hot brand by craping out a basic hot flavor? Now it has more of a salty bbq flavor and is on par with Walmart brand spicy chip. If you bring back the original Flamin Hot flavor with the cheese not only will you have brought back they joy and happiness of perfection, but you will have a life long customer for this flavor.

I'm not the biggest chips fan, but these chips are just mouth-watering delicious! And yes, they are sour, very sour! Just like the offspring of a lemon and a lime would taste! I'm not sure about the reviewer which stated there is too much salt on the chips because I can't taste salt otherwise I wouldn't like them. People complaining about not enough salt should try the "salt and vinegar" chips. And the ones complaining about the chips are too sour shouldn't eat chips labeled with key words like tangy, limon, lemon. And the ones complaining about that the chips aren't delivered in bubble wrapp, should just not order anything so I can enjoy more of these beautiful, delicious, palatable, luscious, delectable, toothsome, juicy, dainty, appetizing, inviting, tempting chips!!
