The laptop is great, however, there is an issue with the charger. It cuts off constantly and most of the time does not turn on when attaching to the laptop. I have bought a few laptops and having the same issue with all the chargers within a few months of purchasing. Also, Microsoft customer service is so poor, they take so long to handle an inquiry, keep you on hold for a long time even during the phone call. Having interrupted voice like anything with background noise. Poor experience with customer service but the laptops are great.

- I recently purchased the surface 3 laptop kind of as a trial run to get out of the Apple ecosystem. - This is a great laptop for everyday use. I am currently in school and find it a perfect size to lug around all day. - Keyboard is very comfortable even after long bits of typing, and a good amount of click feedback. Screen is very clear and good accurate color.

Was looking for a laptop for my consulting business that conveyed a level of professionalism. The Surface Laptop 3 is one of the best looking devices available. I have used it for over a year and have not had any glitches. Fast. Reliable. I do public speaking so reliability is important. Love the screen resolution and shape. Great feeling keyboard. One drawback I found is it does not drive an ultra wide screen display. I use it with the Microsoft docking station and normal second display and really love how productive I am. For Zoom meetings the setup is exceptional. The camera looks great and the sound seems to work well. Started WFH last year and this year with COVID I have worked nearly full time on my Surface. Love it.

I am very happy with my purchase. I feel like the price I paid for the features and upgrades I got was worth it. The touchscreen is a great feature especially when I am on websites that are mostly clicking then I have no reason for the track pad. I like the ease of keyboard and the feeling of the bottom part of the laptop where the keyboard is located. the only issue I have come across thus far is, which I don't know if its an internet or computer is that it takes long sometimes to connect to my local wifi. Otherwise I would definitely recommend the laptop.
I like P.C. Richard & Son. They were one of the few places that still had this laptop. The purchase and shipping was easy. The laptop, however, leaves a little more to be desired. I had the surface book and LOVED it. This one is just okay.
Very pleased with this product so far. Great functionality, easy and intuitive to use, feels really solid but can't arrest to durability yet. Only criticism so far is the screen resolution is not as good as some (like the Acer spin) bit is perfectly fine for youtube\netflix etc.
The laptop worked when it arrived, but then about 1-2 weeks later it started malfunctioning so bad, to the point that it was no longer able turn on. I had to return it, and it was 1 month later that I finally got a refund. Even with this condition, I would still order it again because I really liked the computer itself, and hopefully this time the same problem isn't presented.
I bought 20 days ago and the first one that I bought the screen was turning off out of nothing and then I changed for a new one. On my second one I notice that he got extremely hot when charging at one point of using 100% of CPU. It did not change the performance of the computer but the battery with time will start to probably get bad and I did not want to risk. I went to the store and changed my computer again but for this time I asked for another brand. The only reason that I am not giving one star was because the customer service of both stores were good and did not give me any problem.
It worked 6 Months suddenly screen got bend. Unable work. Really frustrating. Not sure if my $650 gonna watse.
Not enough storage, fast most of the time. Webcam defective from factory stopped working and won't function after all troubleshooting was done. Buy something else, this product was not made well enough. Will discard after less than one year owbership.
