I am writing this review 3 years after having bought these pans with JL vouchers we received as wedding gifts. At first we loved these, they are brilliant while they last. However after less than three years the non stick surface is flaking off and they now need replacing, which is extremely disappointing. Given the price and the brand I expected them to last a lot longer. Wouldn't buy them again!

I had these pans delivered yesterday, my initial thoughts were that they are lovely to look at, they feel heavy but not too heavy and appeared to be of a good quality. I took the time to read all the reviews before buying so was aware that some people had experienced issues with the pans discolouring, as a result of this I read the care and use leaflet intently! I used the smallest pan to make pasta last night and have used the same pan for the second time today to boil and egg, I am a little disappointed to find that after boiling the egg the pan has been tainted with tiny dot like marks on the base, presumably as a result of the boiling process. I love these pans! I deliberated long and hard over whether they were worth the money, and in my view they are.They're easy to clean, feel strong and sturdy, and are the envy of my friends. Teamed with my induction hob, they heat up quickly and the only issue I've had of burnt pans was cooking jam when I left them unattended for too long (blame my 4 year old) - but the burnt on jam came off with elbow grease and bar tenders friend.The bonus is that they fit easily in my dishwasher and come out gleaming every time.(I've not yet used them in the oven so can't comment on that)

Having only just purchased the Le Creuset 3-ply stainless steel 4 piece set, it's too early to give a long-term judgement. However, initial impressions are of a well-designed and well-manufactured set of pans that are a delight to use. Operation on an induction hob is faultless and general performance is everything you'd expect.All of which should be exactly what's expected because Le Creuset isn't cheap!
Best value le Creuset set I found. I was not sure about buying a non stick set as Im very fussy about having clean dishes. I simply have no regrets about this.I did not need to add anything to this set as I seem to cope with it as is for a family of 4. The pots heat up very quickly and I find it very easy to clean them. I put them in dishwasher and each time come out as new! I have had them for almost 6 months now. I had an Analon set before, which are very good but I felt they aged.
I purchased this as a gift for my son and daughter-in- law. They are absolutely delighted with it. Reporting the quality is excellent and so easy to use, enhancing cooking experience, as easy to clean too. Highly recommended especially as also have lifetime guarantee- got 20% off too :)
Cooking with these pan set is always easy. Nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan. Temperature is maintained throughout the cooking.. another good point about them is that they are easy to clean which is always a bonus. The only thing to remember is to use wooden spoon or silicone spoon not to scratch the surface of the pan. I am very satisfied
Only one way too start this review and that is too say that these pans are horrendous! These pans used to be very good indeed! Owned a set before and they were pretty indestructible but now they are a joke ! These sets were always made in Portugal for years and years but they have now been moved and manufactured in None other than CHINA! And the quality has suffered drastically as a result! Just another in a long line of so called premium brands that have lost the fundamentals of being a good quality firm that makes good quality items to a firm that has now decided to make them on the cheap in order to make maximum profits at the sake of the quality and of the customer satisfaction! Nearly 500 quid for a set of Chinese pots and pans ! RIDICULOUS!
I bought these le creuset set of pans and paid a little fortune but they are not great. I pre conditioned them prior to first use and also never cook on high heat always low to medium and still one of the pans developed spots on the bottom after the first use..Also one of the lids has water marks that are not going away even though I always wash and dry with soft cloth straight away.. I use non abrasive cleaning products and don't put them in the dish washer. The pictures have been taken after the first use and wash. I take great care with all my cookware and specially with these as they are very expensive but I have to say I am left very disappointed.
I've had a set of Circulon Infinite for 10 years and the bangs and scrapes on the outside of the pans, from taking them in and out of cupboards, were making them look ugly even though the non-stick was still fine inside.The Le Creuset are much lighter as they don't have the big stuck on base of many pans, they've obviously done something clever to build in the coil for induction hobs. As a result the pans heat up much much faster and I'm now cooking using less gas, which i was surprised by.The non stick is as good, ie excellent, as the circulon pans, though obviously i don't know the longevity of it. When i've cooked caramel, sauces etc in the saucepans, which don't have non-stick, i haven't had any problems with sticking.Overall, really chuffed.
